We had the good fortune of connecting with JustPierre and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi JustPierre, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Self-determination. Having the ability to assess oneself and calculate your own worth will keep you motivated in any competitive industry.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Christian Hip-Hop artist. I create music that speaks to the heart and soul of the people, making everyone to be the best version of themselves.
I am proud to have released my 3rd album titled Royal, June 18th, 2021. Alongside my album, I’ve been releasing a new song every Friday, since January, and plan to do until the end of 2021. I truly thank God for the relentless passion He has placed inside of me concerning my music career.
I am where I am today through consistency and the ability to evolve in my craft. Though it was not easy, the amount of people reaching out to me on a consistent basis, informing me of how my music has blessed them, keeps me motivated tremendously.
I’ve learned that the biggest obstacle in my way is me. I must do whatever it takes to remain focused on God, on family, friends, love, and all of the other intangibles to ensure that I don’t lose myself along this journey of stardom and success.
For everyone tuning in to me, I want you to know that God is good. He is real and He loves you unconditionally.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Here in Los Angeles, one of the best places to go will always be the beach. Hermosa, Manhattan, Venice, Torrance, you name it! Chillaxing in the sun or catching a wave, the beach is the place to be.
As a self-proclaimed food connoisseur, I am always open to visiting new restaurants and trying different foods. A few of my favorite restaurants are Trattoria Amici (Glendale), WOOD Silverlake (Los Angeles), Pancho’s (Manhattan Beach), and Chez Jay (Santa Monica).
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Special shoutout to my good friend and hairstylist Tiffany Kennedy of Classy Crown.
Shoutout to my recording engineer Political Garbage of RaCulture.
