Hi Keira, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Hello I’m Keira leake a licensed nail technician/ professional dancer; One major habit that has helped me through my business is staying consistent with prompting. By constantly posting videos of my work, putting out discounts to attract more clients,making T-shirt’s,socks,and slides with my logo and information printed on them. Another Habit that has also helped me is having great customer service which bring clients back . I’ve learned that’s it’s great to always get new customers but its greater when you have returning clients it means your doing your job right.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My name is Keira leake The name of my nail business is KRL Nails. I am a licensed nail technician that provides services for clients who like to have nails professionally done. The services I offer are manicures,pedicures,
Acrylic nails,gel x nails and structure manicures. I definitely can say I am proud of how far my business has come especially by someone who was self taught who eventually went to school to get licensed. I have done so many sets of nails including a few celebrity clients and will Continue to do more. I am very excited for what God has in store for me in the future.

How did I get to where I am today great question! Honestly by staying consistent not giving up when things get hard. Promoting my business daily non stop.
Was it easy No! Anything that you want to prosper will not be easy it takes a lot of hard work,dedication, patience,motivation,and discipline. Remember always remain focus. It can become easy with having faith ain’t patience.
Some lesson I have learned along the way in this field is when things get hard don’t give up use that energy to go harder to put your business in the position where you want it to be. Another lesson I have learned is that you can’t please everyone and that’s okay.

I want the world to know Who KRL Nails is and the services I have to offer; and that this is only the beginning of something great god has planned out for me. So be ready! I have big plans coming up I’m in the process of getting a nail truck to make appointments easier for clients..

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A few spots I like to go to in La that’s I would take someone is definitely to a Mexican restaurant because I love Tacos (asada one of my favorites) another thing is Iove is a nice roof top bar with a great view. I like to go to concerts or events.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Most definitely will like to shoutout to Kyle for seeing the vision of my nails business before I did thank you for that push and motivation to step out on faith and start my own business…

And most importantly shoutout to my family and to all my clients that has ever booked with me and continue to booked with me I truly appreciate the support without you guys there wouldn’t be KRL Nails.
