We had the good fortune of connecting with Klaudia Jaworski and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Klaudia, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
There are three quotes that I favor and often refer to especially when coaching aspiring talent, so much so that one of those quotes can be spotted on the very first page in my book (The Commercial Actor’s Manual: From A Talent Agent’s Desk). That quote being – “A goal without a plan is just a wish” – Antoine De Saint-Exupéry, and the second and third tying right into that same message by unknown writers being – “The distance between your dreams and reality is called action” -followed by – “Study the industry, make a plan, and execute to your full potential” -Unknown.
Those three quotes remind us that one’s goals, dreams, and aspirations need a plan, an action, a start, and continued movement towards achieving them, and as obvious as that may seem, all too often we can find ourselves derailing away from our actions towards our goals whether through everyday distractions and/or surrounding noise. If our goals and/or dreams are something we wish to truly attain we have to make them a priority. Another great quote I use is “Don’t skip a beat”- unknown, if we want to achieve our goals learning to stay dedicated to a plan of action, be persistent in moving forward, learning discipline, and shifting priority in achieving those set actions is essential. Your goals should never become just dreams and wishes.
Making moves towards your dreams and goals is the key, discipline and consistency is what keeps them steadily flourish into reality.

My passion always laid in working in the entertainment business and one of the greatest rewards as a talent agent was not only working with incredible seasoned talent but also with those just starting out and witnessing them reach their dreams of not only booking their first commercials but continuing their success and seeing them flourish into working professionals. The concept of creating a manual for the aspiring commercial actor and those needing that extra direction came from the realization of just how many extremely talented newcomers coming into the world of commercials had a misunderstanding or lack of guidance in the business aspect of talent/agent workings, therefore, holding them back from ultimately attaining representation. The Commercial Actors Manual: From A Talent Agent’s Desk was written to provide exactly that direction. In order to obtain a level of great success within this industry, it is extremely important to understand that first and foremost this is a business and in this business, agents look for talent that comes equipped with the right set of materials, knowledge of the industry, the right type of training, and professionalism. As stated in the previous answer on quotes “Study the industry, make a plan, and execute to your full potential”-unknown, and this just happens to be yet another great addition to the aspiring actor when it comes to obtaining additional value/information in that direction.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
As most would agree it definitely would be hard not to fall in love with this beautiful city. Aside from the most visited places that include Universal, Paramount, Warner Bros Studios, and the grand Hollywood Sign along with the walk of fame, first-time comers can find themselves exploring the beauty of Malibu, the legendary Sunset Strip, and the absolute bedazzlement of the one and only Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Entertainment options never fall short as those can include catching the Los Angeles Lakers or LA Kings at the Staples Center, attending numerous game shows, and/or experiencing the magic at the Walt Disney Hall. As for dining options, those would have to include from the top of the list an evening at either The Classic Cat located in West Hollywood part-owned by my incredible friend Jenny Stricklin or an evening at Pump, with the afternoon dining at The Ivy, Spago, Catch LA, Nobu, and/or Paradise Cove all ranging in location from Hollywood to Malibu. Those would be just some of the known places one can explore and experience when coming in to visit, but there are so many more that could fill an entire month’s itinerary. Hope You Enjoy! Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I absolutely would love to give out a shoutout to my incredible family, friends, and industry professionals for all the love, support, and encouragement. With a very special thank you and shoutout to my amazing husband Tom Jaworski who is my ultimate rock in all that I do.
