We had the good fortune of connecting with Krystal Adams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Krystal, what matters most to you?
Do provide a safe and judgment free space for women to come find themselves will they are getting stronger both physically and mentally.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My studio is a boutique type of fitness/ dance. Pole dancing has not always been accepted so having to get shunned and not taken seriously for years has been hard. I have always believed in it and knew the healing powers dance can offer.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Honestly I am not much of a social butterfly. My outings consist of my favorite gyms. If I had to take them I would take them to my favorite ninja gym. Ninja Obstacle Lifting Academy that just reopened here in Nola. I am a ninja on the side and I train there a lot. So I would schedule a visit there and maybe hit Rotolos Pizza for lunch after.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My students, they have given me the strength to keep fighting to keep going. There energy gives me the passion I need to fight!
