Hi Lenny, what matters most to you?
Customer service is the most important principle in business. You must have an understanding of how to serve your customer and a desire to go above and beyond. A business will only thrive if the customer comes first.

What should our readers know about your business?
As I always say, customer service is where it’s at. A lot of times, many business think they’re doing you a favor and just do the minimum to get by. Being aware of how to treat a customer (even someone who hasn’t spent a dime yet) will put you above 80% of your competition.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Los Angeles is always great but the near by cities are gems as well. Santa Clarita, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach are great places to explore. Just go down there, get a coffee and hang around.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There is a variety of great resources that I’ve benefited from and the key is to explore new information and have an open mind.
