We had the good fortune of connecting with Levi Lawrence III and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Levi, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factors behind the success of Alluvione are its Official Members and Alluvione Affiliates.

The Official Members of Alluvione are required to give a fairly large percentage of themselves to the organization while continuing to build on their own businesses. Every member fits in the organization playing a specific role. For example, we have Christian Sergeant owner of “Vicky Cakes Pancake Mix” and Co-Founder of the Organization Eric Jones aka Doctor Dapper owner of “LFLS Shoes” whose’s main responsibilities are using their large platforms and addictive personalities to bring more attention towards Alluvione’s current goals & events. There is Heather Sulton owner of “Ohque” who singlehandedly controls the time efficiency and order of the organization. Ariana Trae Lawrence owner of “Sol Haus Tea” handles the operations and logistics for Alluvione. Khalia Ervin owner of “Sankofa Athletics” and Nick Yeast owner of “Nick Ricardo Collection” sitting on the Board of Advisors assist with all events and campaigns. Tira Chandler owner of “TIRA International” heads the legality portion of the organization managing all contracts & negotiations. That’s not even mentioning the other strong HALF of the members such as Antony Holmes owner of “Treble & Bass Talk Show”, Sianni Dean owner of “Cranky Granny’s Sweet Rolls”, Erik Campbell owner of “One Love Los Angeles”, Caleb Smith owner of “3 Milli Podcast”, Maximillian Mungia owner of “MXI Media”, Stacy Alves owner of “Stizzo Speaks”, Damon Baptiste owner of “Next Level Information”, Brendan Boyd owner of “Millionaire Mindset” & Steven Lawrence owner of “Nature’s Infusions”.

Alluvione Affiliates are the pillars that hold the organization’s roof up. The Alluvione Gives Back Sponsorship Program aka the AGB Family has proved to be a huge piece of the Alluvione Puzzle. Affiliates like Shanna Travis, Angie Rios, Ronnequa Pinkney, Trinine Palmer, Danielle Lawrence, Farrell Martin, & others that lead the AGB Family spreading the word of Alluvione’s doings and providing unbelievable amounts of support! There are many more affiliates that mean a great deal to Alluvione that work hard like Kenneth Mendez & Temeka Stanley as they continue to breathe life into the organization making it so much easier to affect young ambitious lives.

Our newly created section “The AGB $1 Family” has slowly started to grow but shows promise to be a gigantic boost within the Alluvione Affiliate Community! These programs are proof that people around the world are able to come together for positivity, great energy, & change.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Alluvione is making its mark on the world because we focus on both the youth portion of growth and the adult portion which is something most organizations fail to accomplish.

In the Youth section of Alluvione, we give away educational gifts and services on a monthly basis such as gifting laptops, Ipads, Tablets, educational video courses, e-books, coaching sessions, and more. We also purchase LLCs, Trademarks, websites, and more for those who aspire to become business owners. We do a number of virtual events that lead up to us selecting hard-working youths to give grants to that range from $500-$1,000.

In the Adult section of Alluvione, we create Networking Mixers that attract individuals from every state and almost every country bringing them together under one roof to expand their network & inevitably their net worth. Besides, the potential financial growth one may receive, within these mixers, we provide an alluring venue, free food, free drinks, special privileges at local lounges & bars after the mixer has ended, and so much more.

All funds accrued through the networking mixers go back into Alluvione and towards doing bigger and better things for the youth.

I personally am most proud of the “AGB $1 Family”. Although it’s a new addition to Alluvione I know that this will be a huge reason why millions of people will come together under Alluvione’s roof and take part in our endless mission to change young lives & to also provide themselves greater opportunities to expand their wealth & network through larger mixers.

Alluvione got to where it is now by everyone working together as a FAMILY. By keeping pride, selfishness, & greed out of the equation we have managed to build an organization that people can trust! Our transparency allows the big picture to be seen clearly.

Anything worth working for does not come easy. Of course, we’ve had our ups and downs. All families fight and have disagreements, but we talk through them and evolve in order to continue to grow as individuals and as an organization.

The biggest lesson that I have personally learned while in Alluvione is that a true leader leads from behind. You don’t always have to be the one in the spotlight. Stay stubborn on the big picture and be flexible on the details. Last but not least, make sure that your members feel appreciated and feel that family love.

Although Alluvione became an official organization in 2019, it had been manifesting since 2013. Yes, it is a fairly new organization, but it has affected lives of all ages in ways that some of the oldest and largest organizations could not. That is why Alluvione has already been labeled as one of the most powerful organizations in 2021.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
As the days pass, June 25th is right around the corner. That is the day of Alluvione LA, Los Angeles’ most anticipated Networking Mixer of the year! So whether you are flying, driving, or canoeing to LA it’s sure to be a life-changing day!

Alluvione has been in conversations with a few beloved food stoppers like Monty’s, Mama Shelters, & Waffles, and more.
We have also been talking to bars, lounges, and clubs like Beauty & Essence, The W, & Taos.

Overall the vibe in LA during and after the Alluvione Mixer is going to be something you’ll never forget! The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We at Alluvione would like to give all the love and appreciation to Leslie Marie Jones for making sure that our Annual Networking Mixers go as smoothly as possible be it in-person events or virtual events. As an Alluvione Affiliate, she always takes great care of us and makes sure that we get the best prices on anything that we need. We can easily say that we would be lost without Leslie in our lives.

We would also like to give all the love and appreciation to Official Alluvione Members Heather Sulton & Ariana Trae Lawrence. Without these two the vehicle that is Alluvione would be without gas and a GPS. Between keeping us on time, debugging websites, scheduling meetings, & meetups we might not be as close of a family as we are if it weren’t for these two amazing women.
