We had the good fortune of connecting with Maj3sty and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Maj3sty, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I chose to pursue an artistic career because of the freedom. I strongly believe that slavery still exists, but in a way that most are not able to see. The ability to give others hope, something better to fight for, and a better understanding or example of who The Most High is motivates me. I feel as if I am created to be a recording artists. For me music is more than sound, it’s a message. Each artist has the free will to express a positive message, a negative message, or a message that is neutral and does not choose a side. I want to lead people out of the negative and into the positive.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My music is revolutionary. As a recording artist and musician, I aim to give people truth while being as transparent as possible. What sets me a part is the posture of my heart. I am excited about the endless possibility of how I can bring honor to The Most High. I’ve gotten where I am today with obedience and perseverance. Prayer and understanding help too. I’ve been through hardship that has made me stronger. The things that I’ve been through haven’t been easy but, it was difficult. Trying to find the light in a dark place or time, is a challenge especially in this current society. I’ve learned that a person must always walk by faith and not by sight. I want the world to know that Maj3sty is recording artist and musician, who aims to give the gospel in a different way than what people are use to. I’m here to conquer and overcome the world.Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting the area and I wanted to show them the best time ever, I would take them to Vegan Sweet’s and Treat’s LLC located in Raleigh, North Carolina. They are known for their excellent delivery and shipping. After that we would visit Elements, a nice dine in vegan restaurant located in Raleigh, North Carolina. After that we would go to one of my concerts. These are my favorite things in my city.Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shoutout The Most High, the Creator of all things, who has never given up on me. This eternal Father has lifted me up when others have put me down, hugged me when I felt alone, promoted me when others tried to demote me, and pushed me forward when others have tried to pull me back. All of the credit goes to My Father in Heaven.
