We had the good fortune of connecting with Marine George and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marine, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
I used to believe success was key in life, but as for many, COVID has changed my perspective. The work life balance is a work life stream that you may enjoy the way you please! So the balance to me is not a libra voodoo story but a way of life where you wake up every day and go towards what brings you joy/ I wish this to everyone!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
It wasn’t easy to end here, as it’s not easy for anyone to walk around life unless they’re blindfolded. I haven’t done more than anyone so I’m not sure there’s topic for me to brag but yeah…do what you are drawn towards, do that!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in Mid City so that’s where I hang these days. But I love Venice, the ‘Court of Miracles’ vibe is something I never get tired of: such an electric moment every time… There are super fun spots absolutely everywhere – Little Ethiopia close to mine being one of them – and I think the best is to let yourself be surprised. LA is so full of mysteries that’s my favorite part of this tiny town!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to…my family! I would obviously not be here if it weren’t for them!
