We had the good fortune of connecting with Meagan D’Allesandro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Meagan, what do you attribute your success to?
We always think about our business from the perspective of our customers and our employees. Trying to make sure everyone’s expectations are not only met but exceeded from every detail of their experience.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our brand was created because we love spending time with friends, enjoying some beers and having fun. We wanted to give the community a place they could come and do just that. “Frequentem” is Latin for “a reoccurring social gathering.” We opened in the middle of COVID in August of 2020, which was a wild ride. We love putting our own spin on everything we do. We try to keep our head down, work hard and do what we do best…. Make great beer and have fun.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Canandaigua, NY is in the heart of the Finger lakes region. We are blessed with a beautiful Lake, lots of hiking, wineries and breweries. If we are going to show you a perfect Canandaigua day we are likely starting with morning coffee at Working Class Coffee, mid-day floating on Canandaigua Lake and then at night dive bar hopping around town. So many local watering holes full of character, history, locals and cheap drinks.
Other favorite spots include: The Green Front, The Lakehouse (Rose Tavern), and catching a concert up at Lincoln Hill!
