We had the good fortune of connecting with Minji Park and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Minji, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
My favorite quote is, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” by Hippocrates. Often referred to as the “Father of Medicine,” Hippocrates emphasized the importance of diet in maintaining health. This quote resonates deeply with me, especially given the current state of our health system. It challenges us to reflect on how far we have strayed from this fundamental principle and confronts the complex political landscape of nutrition today.

Optimal health, as promoted by Hippocrates, is a crucial pillar of life that seems to be overlooked in modern society. Our health is often politicized, and the politics of nutrition are as complex as the science. We live in a society where government decisions, influenced by conflicts of interest, can undermine health data and pharmacovigilance. This issue is close to my heart because navigating these complexities requires discernment to take proper care of our health, reflecting what many successful entrepreneurs emphasize about the importance of health. My favorite YouTuber, Charlie Morgan, a 26-year-old millionaire and CEO of Imperium Acquisition, argues that to become successful, you need to transcend yourself and have goals that go beyond personal desires. He suggests that to reach this state of transcendence and to answer fundamental life questions, such as, “What will I do with my life?” you must adhere to the ‘biological imperative,’ a fundamental aspect of our nature that must be intact.

This means maintaining your health as a priority. It’s challenging to focus on your goals if you are constantly worried about where your next meal is coming from-obviously! You need to allocate mental capital and have undivided attention to focus on your blueprint for success. If your health is compromised, it will hinder your path to success. As my successful content creator friend, @graceannnryu, often says in her viral videos, “Health is wealth.” Indeed it is!

On my entrepreneurial journey as a content strategist, I take my health very seriously. I am committed to being well-informed about my health decisions and have found that transparency is key. My passion for researching health grew, and I soon came across multiple studies revealing that one-third of dietary products contained unlisted ingredients—substances not disclosed on the label. This motivated me to be even more meticulous about what I put in my body. I’ve even reached out to research scientists to learn more about health. Through my research, I discovered that German health supplements are top-notch. Specifically, I looked into Fitline, a product line by PM-International based in Germany. Thanks to the company’s transparent culture, I was able to contact their scientific team and discuss the science behind their products. I was informed that our bodies absorb only less than half of certain food nutrients due to our complex metabolizing systems (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3575927/#b118). To maximize health benefits, we need to understand and improve how our bodies absorb these nutrients (bioavailability).

Unlike other supplements that invest heavily in influencer marketing, Fitline invests in scientific research, focusing on developing patented plant-extract formulations for increased bioavailability and partnering with multiple third-party checkups that engage in periodic checks rather than a one-time certification. I became loyal to this supplement brand because its scientific transparency and commitment to improving nutrient absorption align perfectly with my commitment to health.

As a content creator, I have decided to become an affiliate for Fitline, a supplement company I trust. You can find the supplements I take on my social media marketing agency website, OnlyGlamz.

OnlyGlamz is a new agency that leverages the unique lifestyles and passions of a close-knit group of friends, combining authenticity, diversity, and engaging user-generated content (UGC) to ensure that every social media campaign resonates deeply with audiences. Along with my UGC portfolio, I showcase products I personally review on this website.

If you are interested in the supplements, visit the site and navigate to “shop —> Shop my recs —> Fitline Vitamins from Germany” to see the scientific research I gathered and why I chose Fitline. For transparency, I do receive commissions on any products purchased through my site. ➡️ https://minjiparkiowelcome.wixstudio.io/onlyglamz/blank-6

If you have any questions about the supplements or anything related to UGC, feel free to DM or email me. I hope my viewers can find the health supplements they need to achieve optimal health and success.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What defines my art is the empathetic strategy that translates into creative storytelling through my video content. The aspect that sets me apart from other creators is my diverse creative background. I have experience in traditional art and graphic design, and I love playing all kinds of sports (though I’m not the best at them). With this well-rounded skill set, I’ve built a social media brand where I casually post content showcasing the duality of my life.

A sneak peek into my life as a creator: In high school, I attended a traditional art studio where I learned to work with various media, including acrylic, paint, and pencil. In college, I was exposed to digital media and graduated with a degree in communications design. My interest in sports grew, and I joined volleyball, soccer, and basketball clubs at my university. This sports journey became part of my content creation brand as I began posting sports compilations. Soon, brands started reaching out to me, immersing me in the world of affiliate marketing.

After officially becoming a creator, I collaborated with public figures to help with social media branding and management. With my experience in design from high school to college and building my own content brand, creating my own social media agency was a natural progression. I am currently developing my website for my brand, OnlyGlamz. My brand leverages the unique lifestyles and passions of a close-knit group of friends, combining authenticity, diversity, and engaging user-generated content (UGC) to ensure that every social media campaign resonates deeply with audiences. Besides product promotions, I also offer social media management services, including video content management and data analytics.

A life lesson I’ve learned is that you don’t have to put yourself in a certain category. As I have shown through my personal content, just being your true authentic self can open doors to many opportunities.

The main challenges I faced in this journey were constantly learning new tools and keeping up with trends. With AI advances these days, new tools for businesses are constantly emerging. Although it can be challenging to stay updated, I find it useful to surround myself with mentors, whether professors or YouTubers, to learn about the best tools that drive sales to my business.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is our versatility. My brand is an extension of myself, and with my free-spirited mindset, I can successfully approach new projects and build meaningful connections in life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite place to hang out in DTLA is called Level 8. Connected to a hotel, this spot features various restaurants and bars, each with a unique theme. Every “room” you enter offers a whole new dining or drinking experience, including an outdoor bar with a pool and a great view of LA. It’s bougie yet pretty affordable, with stunning views that make you feel like you’re in a different world!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shoutout to four incredible women in my life: my mom, Chantalle, Dr. Tana, and Grace.

1) My Mom: I believe I am open-minded, a critical thinker, and an empath. These qualities have allowed me to be successful as a content strategist, and I thank my mom for shaping me into the individual I am today.

2) Chantalle: Chantalle is my former roommate, whom I affectionately call “unnie” (meaning “older sister” in Korean). As an only child, I learned a lot about professionalism through her. Chantalle works in the HR industry and has become my mentor. Whenever I need professional or life advice, I turn to her!

3) Dr. Tana: Dr. Tana also works in the HR industry and is an entrepreneur who coaches small to large businesses on achieving ROI through DEIB. She was my first and best client! I managed her LinkedIn community of 45k followers with social media management. She opened doors for me to many different opportunities.

4) Grace Ryu (@graceannryu) : Although I’ve never met Grace in person, I consider her my content creator friend. I discovered her on TikTok and was inspired by her branding style. Grace casually shares her life on TikTok, focusing on her various income streams. Her specialty is UGC (user-generated content), reviewing brands’ products on TikTok and getting paid for it. Grace and I connected on our socials, and she gave me personal advice on how to start with UGC. Since then, she has drastically grown to 100K followers on TikTok. Hopefully, we can meet in person soon!

These women have each played a significant role in my journey, and I am grateful for their influence and support.
