We had the good fortune of connecting with Miss Theo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Miss Theo, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is authenticity. Staying true to myself and my purpose has been the foundation of everything I do. Whether it’s in relationships, decision-making, or the work I deliver, I focus on being genuine, heart-centered and creative. Authenticity allows me to connect with others on a deeper level, build trust, and create meaningful experiences. It’s not about perfection but about showing up as my real self and doing work that aligns with my passions and purpose. That authenticity has not only helped me stand out but has also kept me grounded and fulfilled which BONUS ultimately shines through in my work.

My art is a constant evolution of my own human experience, whether I’m levitating in the theta state or actively collaborating with my clients. I see it as a reflection of my journey here on Earth to experience life fully while spreading the message of Unconditional Love. I channel this mission through small, meaningful daily interactions as well as through my companies, Theo Takes Photos and Healing Haus.

What sets me apart is how I integrate creativity with healing, forging deep connections with my clients. Many of them have become lifelong friends, and I’ve had the privilege of working with them in both artistic and healing capacities.

Getting to where I am today required listening to my soul intuition. Seven years ago, I left the corporate world and embarked on a spiritual awakening that revealed my purpose: to spread Unconditional Love and Light while also paving a NEW way to live. It was one of the hardest times of my life because I had to let go of the version of myself I’d known for over 30 years. Making six figures for someone else no longer resonated. I had to take a leap of faith to explore a path aligned with my true purpose…LOVE.

Faith became my foundation during those trying times. Even when the road ahead was unclear, I turned inward to my heart and soul for strength and guidance. Through this process, I discovered that healing lies at the core of everything I do.

I want the world to know that the only thing that truly matters is LOVE. Love should guide everything we do—how we live, create, consume, and simply exist. Authenticity and mastering your energy are the keys to soul fulfillment and manifesting your deepest desires. You don’t have to follow the rules; being your authentic self is what will light the way to your purpose and the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There’s an endless amount of fun and interesting things to do around LA! I lived in LA for 15 years and never ran out of things to explore, which is great since I get bored easily haha. I always start by asking visitors what their interests are—whether it’s outdoor adventures, dining out, local culture, city entertainment and/or health and wellness there’s truly something here for everyone.

Here’s how I’d plan a week-long visit:

Day 1: Beach Vibes – I mean we are in Southern California!

Morning: Hike around Malibu and end at Point Dume for breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline.
Afternoon: Have Lunch at Malibu Farm + do some walking on the Malibu Pier
Evening: Sunset drinks + dinner at Nobu Malibu if you feeling fancy.

Day 2: Local Gems and Foodie Adventures

Morning: Explore Little Mexico and enjoy famous Taquitos from Cielito Lindo.
Afternoon: Visit Grand Central Market in DTLA for a wide variety of goodies + a cool vibe.
Evening: Drinks and sunset views at Perch DTLA.

Day 3: Outdoor Adventures and Wellness

Morning: Hike Solstice Canyon or take a yoga class on the beach.
Afternoon: Visit a wellness event, sound healing session or visit a contrast therapy studio.
Evening: Relax with a casual dinner in Culver City, soaking in the cute neighborhood vibes.

Day 4: Arts and Entertainment

Morning: Explore The Broad Museum, LACMA, or Griffith Observatory
Afternoon: Make some art of your pwn by taking a pottery or cooking class!
Evening: See a show at the Pantages Theatre.

Day 5: City Highlights

Morning: Stroll Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier or shop at the Santa Monica Promenade.
Afternoon: Explore a beautiful scene at the Getty Villa in Malibu
Evening: Salsa dance with your besties at a local salsa spot!

Day 6: Cultural Exploration

Morning: Visit Little Tokyo or Sawtelle for delicious Asian eats and goodies
Afternoon: Make a trip to the MOCA, Peterson Automotive Museum or even a Dodgers, Lakers or Clippers game.
Evening: Dinner at Harriet’s Rooftop for vibes and an evening rooftop bar experience.

Day 7: Westside Relaxation

Morning: Reserve ahead for entry into the Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine to peacefully walk amongst lush nature and meditate in a high vibrational setting.
Afternoon: Great time to complete any activities that haven’t been done yet or pick up souvenirs for your loves ones at home.
Evening: Wrap up with a cozy dinner and final sunset moment by the ocean.

I love hanging on the westside close to the ocean—it’s always so grounding and refreshing. With this itinerary, my best friend would get the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and LA’s unique energy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate this shoutout to my amazing clients. They are the heart and soul of my journey, and their trust, support, and collaboration have been instrumental in my growth. Every project and every interaction has been a learning experience that has helped me refine my skills and deepen my passion for what I do. Their confidence in me inspires me to continue delivering my best and motivates me to constantly push boundaries. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without them, and I’m incredibly grateful for their role in my story.
