We had the good fortune of connecting with Monika Gabisi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Monika, what matters most to you?
Gratitude, it keeps me grounded and optimistic. Life can be a whirlwind of emotional highs and lows however it’s important to pause, take notice, and appreciate the things that we often take for granted.
What should our readers know about your business?
An avid explorer of LA’s unique neighborhoods and a SoCal resident for over 20+ years, I know the territory well. Naturally drawing inspiration from my love of design and architecture is easy to do in this amazing city. I’m an emphatic advocate who skillfully and seamlessly guides my client whether on the buy or sell side through the complexities of real estate.
Integrity and transparency are core values I believe are necessary in order to build successful and productive relationships with my clients. Truly passionate about helping others, I whole-heartedly understand that “home” is a sanctuary and take immense pride in helping people in finding theirs.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
A caffeinated cup of something sweet from Alfred’s Coffee to sip on while walking the massive trails in the wilderness of Griffith Park to see the spectacular views and DTLA in a distance. A scenic drive along the legendary PCH catching sun and sight of expansive beaches on the way to stop for lunch at beachfront Nobu Malibu. Leaving the serene sight of water for the hills for photos at the Hollywood Sign. To save time and your feet you can get super close via car through a specific residential neighborhood that I won’t share the name of…. Off to next? Rodeo Drive, baby. Of course to shop and you can’t have a complete visit without visiting Beverly Hills. Ending our day with self-care spa time and dinner at the tranquil oasis Hotel Bel Air.
