We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalia Molina and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalia, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Staying consistent with my habits is a huge priority to me because it’s how I continue to feel my best and do my best work. The number 1 habit that has helped me succeed is my morning routine. Every morning, I start the day off with a positive message by Abraham Hicks (I listen to the Morning Rampage on YouTube). This immediately puts me in a good mood and allows me to set a positive intention for the day. Then, I do a morning meditation – either a guided meditation (by Joe Dispenza) or a silent meditation. I also journal and read. I stay off my phone until my morning routine is complete. Another habit that has helped me succeed is monthly reflection and monthly intention setting. On the 1st of every month, I reflect on the past month and set intentions for the new month. This habit has helped me become mindful of the things that are working for me and the things that are not. I also have a monthly money date that allows me to be mindful of my spending.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As a feminine coach and content creator, I help women step into their full power so that they can feel confident to fully express themselves, stand strong in their self-worth, and honor themselves and their boundaries. I post consistently on YouTube, Tik Tok, and Instagram with content regarding healing, spirituality,
feminine energy, and self-love. I offer a guided workbook that allows women to begin their self-love and healing journey and I also offer 1:1 coaching for the women who are ready to go deeper in their self-love journey.

What sets me apart from others is I don’t just teach what I learn from the books I’ve read or the certifications I’ve taken. I teach what I’ve learned from personal experience. I used to struggle with anxiety and depression as a result of an unhealthy relationship and I went on a self-healing journey where I was able to completely change my life around. Now I help other women do the same.

It was not easy starting my business at all. I’m sure any entrepreneur can relate to this but I basically had no choice but to start my own business. I tried the 9-5 route but my soul was calling me for more. Taking that leap into the entrepreneurship world when I had hardly any support was terrifying. I had to completely rewire my mindset to become an entrepreneur and although it still is not easy, I would not change it for the world. I love what I do and the clients I help, I love the freedom that I have, and I love what I’m creating. The biggest lesson I’ve learned along the way is to keep your vision alive in your mind throughout all the struggles you face. You will face challenges but if your vision is stronger than the challenges you face, you will succeed.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Recently, I went to Asheville, North Carolina and I fell in love. For a week-long trip, I recommend renting a cabin in the woods and heading into downtown Asheville to walk around and shop at the mystical stores and also checking out Biltmore Estates. I also recommend spending time in the mountains and rivers of North Carolina.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The women that deserve recognition are my spiritual mastermind group – the 555 girls. Early in 2022, I received an intuitive idea to start a mastermind of female spiritual entrepreneurs so that we can get together and keep each other accountable for our goals. Every month, the 5 of us get together on Zoom and someone leads the group through a spiritual exercise that allows us to check in with ourselves. We also talk every single day and these girls are so inspiring. It has been so healing being part of a group of women who are also committed to their own healing work, their businesses, and their evolution. Each of them is so unique and talented in their own ways that they consistently inspire me to be the absolute best version of myself.
