We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalie Rodriguez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Natalie, what are you inspired by?
I’m inspired by my client’s success! I love when they find what works for them and they get sustainable results. One of the most powerful tools for taking control of your health is knowledge and realizing your own strengths.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m passionate about helping others find solutions to their health obstacles. My approach to fitness and nutrition is basic: Whole Foods & Exercise. Learning how to find the balance between goals and living life. I get so excited when my clients find what works for them and they get the results they are looking for. The most important tool in that success is knowledge. I love teaching about nutrition through meal prep workshops and correcting form through lifting weights. I want to share what I learned through my health struggles. I went from being an athlete in high school to incredibly overweight as an adult. I became a type 2 diabetic through a bad diet and lack of movement, but I was able to reverse it and get fit. I managed to get results through basic diet and exercise. I learned that you don’t need fancy equipment or the latest supplements. You don’t need to spend money on the latest fads. Getting healthy and fit is simple and it looks different for everyone. I want everyone to know that through the Renewal of your mind, heart and body, You can do anything! I strive to help my client’s realize the best version of themselves so they can live their best lives.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My most favorite thing to do is get out and explore new places. Anytime my friends and I plan a day together, it usually starts with a hike or a nice walk at a local trail. We like to try new local restaurants and of course, we must stop at a local coffee shop! There are so many places to visit in my area, it makes every hangout different and lots of fun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people that have poured into me through my own health journey. Each one of my past coaches have invested in my success and I’m so thankful for what they have taught me. I would like to thank every past, current and future client who trusts me to guide them through their own health journey. I would especially like to thank my gym Conquer Fitness for all the support and encouragement to grow as a personal trainer. Our members are like family and I thoroughly enjoy teaching classes.
