Hi Neema, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started my advertising company after selling my hair salon and convincing the new owner to let me do the marketing for their store.

From there I never looked back and started helping hundreds of business no matter the size or industry implement useful marketing tactics.

Observe Marketing is a full-service Creative Agency & Marketing Group that specializes in brand growth through creative social media campaigns, influencer marketing, retail activation, and social media design & management.

We help companies from all sizes create growth through purposeful marketing strategy and development.

We have a full team of designers and curators that help companies take their branding to all-new heights.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots in Los Angeles are going to museums such as The Getty Center, Griffith Observatory, Science Center, etc.

I love my city so much and I am forever grateful to call Beverly Hills/Los Angeles my home!

I would also take my friend to the beach cities and we would bike from Beverly Hills to the beach and grab some of the best food L.A. has to offer.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have many people to credit for my success. First and foremost my parents for always being there for me and always supporting me every step of the way.

I also have two cousins who play the role of a big brother to me. Rodd Rahnama who was also featured on Shoutout LA has been my right hand man since I was born! I look up to him and I take his advice at all times.

My second cousin who’s name is David Pourmand is also like a big brother to me and a role model. I want to be as successful as both Rodd and David when I grow older.
