Hi Nicolli, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?

The inspiration behind starting my own business stems from a lifelong passion for building and creating, coupled with a desire to provide meaningful solutions and empowerment. As a child, I always found joy in construction and creativity, whether it was with Legos, paper boats, or gaming. This foundation of creativity led me to seek a path where I could build and innovate.

Despite exploring roles in finance, a sense of restlessness persisted, hinting that I was meant for something more impactful. The entrepreneurial spirit was further ingrained in me by my father and uncle, Persian American immigrants who successfully started an automotive shop in America. Their journey not only inspired me but also shaped my aspirations.

A pivotal moment occurred when I ventured into the stock market in 2010, investing  my savings in a bank stock before the financial collapse. This experience, though harsh, was enlightening. It taught me that the market, while complex, could be understood and navigated. This led to my eight-year journey of developing the Polymorphic Algorithm, aimed at demystifying the market’s complexities.

My daily motivation is driven by the desire to empower others. Having personally experienced and witnessed the consequences of decisions made with limited insights, my aim with Incite AI is to prevent others from facing similar setbacks. This business is more than just a commercial venture; it’s a platform to level the playing field, providing everyone with the necessary insights and tools for informed decision-making.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?Incite AI is a revolutionary AI-driven decision-making platform, primarily focusing on the stock and cryptocurrency markets. Our uniqueness lies in the Polymorphic Algorithm, a part of our OmniSight Technology. This algorithm isn’t just a tool; it’s the culmination of years of perseverance, learning, and an undying passion for making sense of market complexities. What sets us apart is our ability to answer intricate financial queries, such as the right time to invest in specific stocks or cryptocurrencies, with a precision that was previously thought to be impossible.

I am particularly proud of how Incite AI empowers individuals and businesses. We’re not just offering data or generic market analysis; we provide personalized, actionable insights. This empowerment stems from my own experiences in the stock market, where I learned hard lessons about the impact of decisions made without proper guidance. It’s this desire to equip others with better tools and information that drives every aspect of Incite AI  .

Getting to where we are today was far from easy. The initial setback in the stock market, losing my entire savings, was a turning point. It taught me that the market is not just a gamble; it’s a puzzle that can be solved with the right tools and understanding. Building the Polymorphic Algorithm was an eight-year journey of personal and professional growth, filled with challenges and moments of self-doubt.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is the importance of resilience. The path of innovation is fraught with obstacles, but persistence and belief in your vision are key to overcoming these challenges. Another critical lesson is the value of adaptability. In the ever-evolving landscape of technology and finance, being flexible and open to change is crucial.

During your friend’s week-long visit to Los Angeles, we’ll embrace a blend of iconic experiences and personal favorites. We’ll dine at Craig’s to capture the essence of Old Hollywood charm, and take spontaneous trips to Malibu and Venice for their scenic beauty and eclectic vibes. A day trip to Orange County will offer a delightful change of scenery. Being a child at heart, a visit to Six Flags or Disneyland is a must for some fun and excitement. In between, we’ll enjoy casual walks with my dog Essy in LA’s beautiful neighborhoods, grabbing coffee along the way and soaking in the city’s unique atmosphere. This week will be a perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and exploring the rich tapestry of Los Angeles.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?In reflecting on the journey that led to Incite AI, I owe immense gratitude to several key figures and experiences that have shaped my path. Foremost among them are my father and uncle. Their initial venture into an automotive shop, which later expanded into multiple successful businesses, has been a monumental influence in my life. Their entrepreneurial journey, marked by resilience and innovation, laid the groundwork for my aspirations and understanding of business.

Their ability to diversify and grow, starting from a humble business and branching into various successful enterprises, exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit that drives me. They have shown me that with hard work, adaptability, and vision, one can navigate the complexities of different markets and find success.
