Meet Obi Onyenwe

We had the good fortune of connecting with Obi Onyenwe and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Obi, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting a business like ObiEatsLA has involved a combination of factors, such as a passion for food, a desire to connect people with local culinary experiences, and an understanding of the growing demand for food. The thought process included recognizing the unique flavors and dishes that Los Angeles has to offer and wanting to create a platform that showcases local restaurants and chefs.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
With ObiEatsLA, my work is a true reflection of my lifelong passion for food, which ignited during high school and has only grown stronger over the years. I combine this enthusiasm with my experience in teaching driving lessons, where I embrace a proactive approach to instruction. My patience and tolerance allow me to guide students effectively, ensuring they gain confidence and skills behind the wheel. This unique blend of culinary love and educational commitment drives me to create memorable experiences for both food lovers and aspiring drivers alike.
