Meet Ola Right | Right Fitness CEO | Rebound Fitness Instructor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ola Right and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ola, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is authenticity. Everything I do is rooted in my passion for helping others, and I stay true to that purpose no matter what. I believe people connect with me and my brand because they can see the genuine care I have for their growth—whether it’s physical, emotional, or personal.
Another key factor is perseverance. Success didn’t happen overnight, and it took years of hard work, adapting to challenges, and constantly learning from my experiences. Building trust and creating a supportive community has also been vital—my brand isn’t just about fitness; it’s about making people feel empowered, confident, and part of something bigger than themselves.
Lastly, I’d say my global experiences have played a significant role. Having lived and worked in different countries taught me how to relate to people on a deeper level and create programs that resonate across cultures. This mix of authenticity, perseverance, and connection has been the foundation of everything I’ve built.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business, Right Fitness LLC, is all about creating a fitness experience that’s empowering, fun, and accessible for everyone. I specialize in unique group fitness classes, such as Rebound Shoes classes —a high-energy, low-impact workout that combines cardio, strength, and community. What sets my brand apart is the personalized approach I bring to every session. It’s not just about physical transformation; it’s about helping people gain confidence, build community, and find joy in movement.
What I’m most proud of is the positive impact my classes have had on people’s lives. Seeing my clients overcome their insecurities, push their limits, and walk away stronger—mentally and physically—makes every challenge worth it. I’m also excited about expanding my classes to new cities, introducing more people to the uplifting experience that my workouts offer.
Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. When I started, I was in a new country, trying to build a community from the ground up without many connections. I faced challenges like financial constraints, adapting to a new market, and balancing everything on my own as an entrepreneur. I overcame these hurdles through hard work, resilience, and a deep belief in what I was building. I focused on connecting with people one class at a time, staying consistent, and never giving up—even when things felt uncertain.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success takes time, patience, and a willingness to adapt. You have to stay true to your vision but remain flexible enough to learn from every experience—good or bad. I’ve also learned the importance of building genuine relationships with my clients. Fitness isn’t just about exercise; it’s about trust, connection, and creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and motivated.
What I want the world to know about my brand is that it’s built on passion, purpose, and people. My story proves that no dream is too big if you believe in yourself and stay dedicated to what you’re building. I started with nothing but an idea and a pair of Rebound boots, and today, I’m proud to say I’ve created something that inspires and empowers others. My business is more than just fitness—it’s a movement that helps people become the best version of themselves, and I’m just getting started.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit, I’d make sure they experienced the magic of New York City the way I see it. We’d start with the classics—a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise, coffee in hand, taking in the view that never gets old. Breakfast would be a must at a Lower East Side spot like Russ & Daughters, where bagels are an art form.
From there, I’d mix iconic experiences with local gems: biking through Central Park, popping into small art galleries in SoHo, and grabbing lunch at a cozy French brasserie like Balthazar. Evenings would be for rooftop drinks—230 Fifth has unbeatable views—and dinners that feel like events, from Carbone’s Italian magic to hidden gems like Beauty & Essex.
One day, we’d escape to Coney Island for a bit of fun—the boardwalk, hotdogs at Nathan’s Famous, and a ride on the Cyclone. Another day, I’d take them to Jersey City for a Kangoo Jumps class at my favorite studio, followed by brunch with views of the Manhattan skyline.
But the best part of the week wouldn’t be the places—it would be the moments. Laughing over pizza at Rubirosa, watching the city lights from the High Line at night, or relaxing at AIRE Ancient Baths after days of exploring. New York is all about the energy, the little surprises, and feeling like anything is possible—and I’d want my best friend to leave with that feeling, too.
Oh, and sure, we definitely will go to see the Broadway show!Must have! I would insist on Moulin Rouge

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my parents, who have been my greatest supporters throughout my entire life. No matter where I was or which country I lived in, they always believed in me and encouraged me to pursue my dreams—no matter how big or crazy they seemed. Their unwavering love, support, and faith in me gave me the confidence to take risks, start over when needed, and build the life and career I have today.
Beyond their support, my parents have always been my biggest example of what’s possible. They built up a large family business from absolutely nothing—starting with zero money and creating everything on their own through hard work, belief in themselves, and true dedication. Watching them achieve so much inspired me to believe that I can do anything if I’m willing to commit, persevere, and put my heart into what I’m doing. Their journey has shaped the way I approach my own life and career, and for that, I’m forever grateful.
