We had the good fortune of connecting with Pamela Quinzi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pamela, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is passion and determination. I never gave up, even when it was difficult or life made me face hard times, i always believed in myself and in my work. I dedicated many years to develop and grow my Kilame brand and push it Internationally.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I moved from Italy in 2009 to New York City, when i moved i didn’t know anyone. Slowly and step by step i created my brand Kilame and i started to work in the Fashion New York Scene, showing my European Fashion Background and my experience. My One of a Kind shoes became very popular and i pushed my brand in any way in the USA and Internationally till the Oscars Red Carpet in 2017. My journey was not easy but i kept going, till today that i created my Worldwide Online store Melapaboutique.com with a Full World for my brand. Women, Men, Kids, Accessories, Home and Decor. A #kilamenation I like to call it. Making photos and graphics of my shoes and new styles of high heels the protagonist of this big step for my brand. During the years i learned that you always have to believe in yourself and no matter what keep going, your passion can save you.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love Los Angeles, i will definitely start with a walk on the beach in Venice and Santa Monica, eat at one of the restaurants on the boardwalk, take some sun and enjoy the beautiful weather. Then some shopping time at The Grove and farmers market, which i love, and get ready for a fancy drink in Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills area.Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shout-out to actress Jessica Ross in Los Angeles for believing in my brand Kilame and support me during the years by introducing me to the Hollywood scene of Red Carpets and Celebrities.
