Hi Pawntra, what do you attribute your success to?
Over the past 25+ years, Elite Productions International (EPI) has continued to grow and flourish. Despite recessions and the Global pandemic, we have persevered and succeeded by consistently providing quality services to our clients, while passionately perusing our craft. We love what we do and its evident in our work and the relationships we have built, from the globes largest brands to local grassroots organizations.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Elite Productions International is the award-winning creator of inspired and innovative digital and live event experiences. Having a masterful hand in design and management, Elite delivers unique and strategic event solutions that transcend expectation and yield optimal results. A combination of creative passion and a fundamental desire for project success is the foundation for Elite’s past and continued achievements in the event industry.

Behind Elite Productions International’s operation is an accomplished team of designers and producers that deftly choreograph every experience. Comprised of top industry veterans, the team possesses backgrounds in television & film production, interior design, fashion, and food & beverage. Crafting experiential stories that bring curated and strategic elements together is the team’s end objective.

The company prides itself in its 25+ year history, with prosperous relationships among its clientele – many of whom are Fortune 500 companies. The agency’s finger on current event trends with its standard of quality has resulted in being featured by local and national press. Elite offers an in-house floral studio, an impressive rental and décor inventory, and tenting capabilities.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Without a doubt, I’d like to recognize the owner and founder of Elite Productions International (EPI), Lili Shadab. She is a pioneer, starting the business before there was an “event industry” and has helped the company evolve while leading the charge on trends in design and event strategy. Through her, I learned determination, resilience, and innovation. It’s amazing to be in her presence and work her magic.

I would also like to give a shoutout to two associations that I passionately contribute to and serve on leadership. Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) so powerful to have a community of peers that you can lean on and be able to collaborate with.
