We had the good fortune of connecting with Phallon Long and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Phallon, how do you think about risk?
Risk are a sign of true faith in yourself and your mission. I believe you are never truly able to see what you are capable of until you take risk and really wage how adaptable you are. Risk are a huge part of human evolution and how we as a species are still alive to this day. Taking risk is what got me to the position I have reached today. I now live in Atlanta off of risk, I started my business off of risk, found what i am truly passionate about off of a risk. Entrepreneurship is not a field for those who cannot take risk. You business will never grow and you will never reach the points of success you intend for yourself without calculated risk.

What should our readers know about your business?
WhatLashezz is my primary startup company. WhatLashezz is an eyelash one stop shop offering eyelash extensions, eyelash extension courses, strip lashes and other products in the beauty industry that are in development as we speak! I am most proud of the fact that WhatLashezz has came in contact with 200+ clients over a 4 year span and is still aiming for higher. I started this business out of my dorm room in college back in 2017 and here i am today located at a renown salon in ⁣ ATL ! Nothing worth having comes easy, and no where along this journey was it easy but i am persistent because i know the business is worth it. This is an industry that is growing daily and i believe there is enough room for us all to take our thrown at the top. Plenty of lessons i have learned along the way but a main one that sticks with me at my most challenging times is that, you get exactly what you put in. In summary it means that we can not ask for 100 and only be willing to give 10. You have to match the frequency of what you are calling for. I want the top so therefore i can not partake in lower vibrational activities and wonder why thats what i am receiving back.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
First stop is Edgewood on a Friday night, Harolds to be specific. Everyone in the world needs to try that chicken. Next stop would be down near CAU show off the beauty in the city. Especially if its a nice day outside that is a must. Next we would have to hit the Beltline and lay on the grass maybe a picnic. If its raining and gloomy we can go to JEI JU which is a spa that is 24 hours. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great massage. On top of that they have some of the best ramen i have ever graced my lips on. After that we may hit the Trap Museum. There are so many little gems throughout the city that you can even find in route to another place. Always pay attention because you truly never know what you may find when in Atlanta. The definition of everything you need and more.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My whole support system from my parents, to my best friends to anybody else who is praying for me on my road to success. I am beyond grateful for the love and genuine support i gain from the people i love the most.
