We had the good fortune of connecting with Pranto Podder and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pranto, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
One habit that I believe has greatly contributed to my success is my unwavering commitment to showing up consistently. Throughout my career, I have always prioritized being present and fully engaged in my work. This means being reliable, punctual, and dedicated to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

By consistently showing up, I have been able to build trust and establish strong working relationships with both team members and clients. I believe that this reliability fosters a sense of confidence and reliability in others, allowing for more effective collaboration and a smoother workflow.

Additionally, by being present and fully engaged, I have been able to stay attuned to the ever-evolving needs of the industry and adapt my creative approach accordingly. This habit has allowed me to stay ahead of trends, explore new ideas, and consistently deliver innovative and impactful designs.

Overall, I firmly believe that consistently showing up and being fully present is a habit that has not only helped me succeed but has also contributed to creating a positive work environment where collaboration and creativity thrive.”

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share more about my art and my journey. What sets me apart from others is my belief that the responsibility of any creator is to do the work, not judge it. I have always prioritized falling in love with the process, rather than solely focusing on grading the outcome. This mindset has allowed me to embrace the joy and passion of creating content without getting too caught up in self-criticism.

One of the things I am most proud of is the value I strive to provide through my work. Whether it’s through storytelling, capturing moments, or conveying emotions, I aim to connect with others and make a positive impact.

Getting to where I am today professionally hasn’t been easy. Like many others, I have faced my own share of challenges and obstacles. When I moved to NYC in 2016, I experienced personal and mental health issues, including imposter syndrome and a desire for more. However, I have learned the importance of patience, willingness to learn, and trusting in the support of my family and friends.

Throughout this journey, I have come to appreciate the small accomplishments in life and embrace all emotions, both positive and negative. I believe that both types of days, the good and the challenging, contribute to our growth and make us who we are. Mental health struggles are real, and I want others to know that they are not alone and that they can overcome them.

I am incredibly grateful for the blessings in my life and for all the people who have been a part of my journey. I appreciate the love and support I have received, and I consider it a privilege to have others be a part of my creative process. Each day, I wake up with gratitude that I get to do what I love, and I am excited to continue sharing my art with the world.

Thank you once again for allowing me to share my story.
