We had the good fortune of connecting with Quantay Peoples and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Quantay, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” ― Confucius

This is one of my favorite quotes, because it comes from a higher sense of the self. In other words, it is a message from the future, for the past.

What I love about this quote is the very magic behind it. You must take a leap of faith into the unknown in order to allow what you love to do, to provide the harvest for your future, regardless of limitations such as income, benefits, and net worth. If you truly love what you do, then no obstacle will wear you down and growth opportunities will follow.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a professional Visual Effects Artist with a long line of accomplishments and credentials within the entertainment industry.

My work habits are simple: long periods of thinking, short periods of doing. I just want to create content that commands your attention and causes self-reflection with emotional messaging. I spend most of my time daydreaming about the subconscious psychology of an image’s composition and how to wield that power to my own, aforementioned, ends.

I’ve yet to master this universal language, but I have used my skills in combination with music and innovative technology (such as projection mapping and floor LED), to create some of the best visuals for the Grammys, Video Music Awards, Coachella, New York Fashion Week, and countless tours such as Bad Bunny’s “World’s Hottest Tour.”

Nowadays, I am pursuing 3D animation in order to flex a new muscle. With the exponentially growing market for creative industries, I feel that I am at an advantage to further pursue the calling on my life for setting a new standard for what we call art. In doing so, I want the world to experience my testimonies for the greater good of mankind.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
