We had the good fortune of connecting with Queen Gabrielle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Queen, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Honestly, the biggest factor behind my success has been God’s timing and my own consistency. I know that sounds simple, but it’s everything. I’ve had so many moments where I wanted to quit or where life felt heavier than the dream but every time I leaned into prayer, discipline, and the vision God placed on my heart, doors opened that I could’ve never opened by myself.

I’m also a huge perfectionist, so when I commit to something, I commit fully. Whether it’s a photoshoot, a brand partnership, working on my podcast, writing my book, or creating content, I show up with intention. I think that’s what built my brand, I don’t chase trends, I build community. I don’t post to impress, I post to inspire.

And honestly? Being authentic. I’m not afraid to talk about my faith, my healing journey, the hard seasons, or the things that shaped me. People resonate with realness.

So if I had to sum it up: God, consistency, and staying true to who I am. That’s the foundation of everything I’ve built.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I do a mix of things!! I model, I write, and I create content online but at the core, I’m just someone who loves storytelling. Whether it’s through a photoshoot, a book chapter, or even a TikTok, I love creating things that make people feel something.

What sets me apart, I think, is that I’m not afraid to be raw and honest. I don’t try to act like I have it all figured out. I talk about my faith, my healing, my ups and downs, and somehow people connect with that.

I’m really proud of the fact that I built everything from scratch. Nothing was handed to me, I learned how to model by myself, I grew my platforms by being consistent, and I pushed myself creatively even on days when I felt exhausted. It wasn’t easy at all. I’ve gone through burnout, self-doubt, anxiety, losing friendships… all while trying to stay focused on my goals.

What helped me get through those moments was honestly just prayer, discipline, and reminding myself why I started. And having supportive people in my life definitely made the hard days feel lighter.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that you can’t rush your own growth. Everything happens in seasons, and you have to trust your season. I used to think success needed to be loud and fast, but the best things in my life came from being patient and staying true to myself.

What I want people to know about me and my story is that I’m still growing. I’m not perfect. I’m figuring it out like everyone else. I’m just doing it with a lot of passion, a lot of faith, and a lot of love for what I do. And I hope that my journey shows other people that you can build something beautiful even if you started from a rough place.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit, I’d honestly just take them to all the places that feel warm and familiar to me. We’d spend our mornings at cosy cafés, eating pastries and catching up like we always do.

Then we’d wander through bookstores and thrift shops, taking our time flipping through books and laughing at random finds. I’d take them to the quieter beaches where you can actually hear the waves and just relax, and maybe up to the hills for a little drive and fresh air.

Some nights we’d stay in, cook dinner together, make a little picnic in the living room, and watch old movies that remind us of simpler times. And on the last day, we’d go for a sunset walk nothing fancy, just something soft and grounding. I’ve realised the best memories come from those small moments where you feel comfortable, safe, and connected. That’s what I’d want the trip to feel like

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely. I’m a very independent person, but I’m not self-made, my siblings have been my biggest support system from the beginning. They’ve seen me at my lowest and still believed in every dream I’ve had, even the crazy ones. They’re the people who keep me grounded and remind me why I do what I do.

And I have to shoutout my best friend and co-host, Bill Kay, from our podcast Past Our Bedtime. Bill has been such a huge part of my growth. He’s always encouraging me, pushing me creatively, and making me laugh when I’m stressed. Our podcast honestly wouldn’t exist without his energy and support.

I think a lot of my success comes from having people around me who genuinely love me, pray for me, and want to see me win. I wouldn’t be here without them.
