Meet Rachel ` Feldman | Business Coach for Health Entrepreneurs

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel ` Feldman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rachel `, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Work-life balance has become a non-negotiable for me—but it wasn’t always that way. In the early days of building my business, I bought into hustle culture. I thought success meant always being “on”—answering DMs at midnight, working weekends, and constantly thinking about what was next. But that approach led me straight into burnout. I was exhausted, disconnected from my body, and missing the very life I was working so hard to create.
Everything shifted when I hit that wall. I made a commitment to build a business that supports my life—not the other way around. Today, I stop working at 4 PM every day. My evenings are for my family, rest, movement, and the simple joys that fuel me. I don’t let my mind stay stuck in “work mode” at night—I’ve learned to create boundaries with my thoughts just as much as my schedule. The key? I’ve made my days highly productive by being intentional, focused, and clear about what actually moves the needle. Balance, to me, now means creating space to live, breathe, and be fully present—not just for my clients, but for myself.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m the founder of Your Health Coach Biz, where I help wellness professionals build profitable, purpose-driven businesses with customizable programs, strategic support, and a no-fluff approach to marketing. What sets my brand apart is the fusion of functional wellness knowledge with real-world business strategy. I’ve been in the trenches. I didn’t just wake up one day with a successful brand—I built it from scratch, as a health coach, while raising a family and navigating burnout.
I’m most proud that I’ve stayed true to my mission over the past 15 years: to empower coaches with tools that actually work—without forcing them to fit into a one-size-fits-all formula. My programs and templates are designed to save time, reduce overwhelm, and help coaches show up as their most authentic selves.
But no, the journey wasn’t easy. I had $13K to my name in my first year and plenty of moments where I questioned if I could really make this work. The biggest challenges were mindset blocks—imposter syndrome, fear of being visible, and the pressure to do it all. I overcame them by showing up anyway. I launched even when things weren’t perfect. I asked for help. I let go of needing everything to be polished before taking action.
What I want the world to know is that your story, your struggles, and your unique perspective are your superpowers. Your business doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that success comes from alignment, consistency, and the courage to keep going—even when the path isn’t clear. My brand is about helping others find that same courage and clarity.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit me in Boca Raton, I’d plan the ultimate wellness-meets-fun week—with a little bit of sunshine, soul, and indulgence. We’d start our mornings with a beach walk or sunrise meditation at South Beach Park in Boca or on the sands of Delray—nothing beats the peaceful energy of the ocean at dawn. Afterward, we’d grab smoothies or protein coffee from Raw Juce or Pura Vida to kick off the day right.
One day would definitely be spent exploring Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach—we’d shop the cute boutiques, enjoy lunch at Deck 84 by the water, and then hang out at the beach or hop on a paddleboard. I’d plan dinner at Elisabetta’s (because the vibe is just so good) followed by live music or a low-key wine night on the Ave.
We’d do a spa day at The Seagate Hotel or Opal Grand, and maybe sneak in a yoga class at Yoga Journey or The Salt Suite for some relaxation and breathwork. For something more adventurous, we’d go kayaking at Gumbo Limbo or do a little nature walk at Morikami Gardens—one of my favorite peaceful escapes.
The week would be a mix of wellness, connection, and fun—mocktails and journals one night, espresso martinis and laughter the next. That’s the beauty of this area: you can nourish your body, move your energy, and still enjoy great food, great vibes, and beautiful people everywhere you go.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people who deserve a piece of my story, but if I had to choose one group, it would be the mentors who reminded me I didn’t have to do it all alone—and that done is better than perfect. One mentor in particular once told me, “You just have to start.” That advice cracked something open in me. It gave me permission to stop hiding behind overthinking and perfectionism, and instead take aligned, imperfect action. That changed everything.
I also have deep gratitude for my family, especially my husband, who held space for me through all the pivots and messy beginnings. And to every client who trusted me when I was still figuring it out—your belief in me fueled my confidence before I fully believed in myself. This journey has never been a solo act. It’s been shaped by love, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
