We had the good fortune of connecting with Rashad Todd and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rashad, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
Professionally, I want to become a worldwide brand, obtain financial wealth, receive recognition from awards and become an EGOT winner. Although awards are great, my end goal is to be so successful in a way that I can create opportunities for others.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Hello to the readers tapped into this spread, covering my story. My name is Rashad Todd, and I am known for many things. I am a highly trained actor, an experienced model, model coordinator, fashion show director, content creator with thousands of followers, song writer for a Grammy award winning artist, college graduate and Mr. All Things Creative. I’ve only mentioned just a few of my many accomplishments. I know I know, I myself sometimes get exhausted from just explaining to people all that I do. I do not say this to brag, I announce my accomplishments to inspire others to never limit his or herself to one thing. We are made of many talents and gifts to share with the world. It is okay to explore your many talents throughout life.

I starred in a short film that just released called The Fruit Loop. Currently, I am streaming on Hulu, ABC, and Disney Plus in a show called the Prank Panel, produced by Jimmy Kimmel. I have walked in LA Fashion Week, San Diego Fashion Week and many other fashion shows.

Recently, I directed a few major fashion show productions for LA Fashion Closet and The Divinity Fashion Show for Oliventa. I remember in The Divinity Fashion Show, I acted in a skit, modeled down the runway, and was the show director all in one show. It can be overwhelming at times, but a good type of overwhelming because I love the creativity.

I wouldn’t say it was easy getting to my level of success, however after I look back, I’ve learned that consistency and relationship building is the key to my success.

Yes, I’ve experienced my dark times, and lacked patience because I felt things were not moving fast enough for me. Once I decided to go all in with my craft, along with prayer, many opportunities came to me. I say this to remind you to keep going, be patient and be proud of your slow/fast progress, and opportunities will happen for you too. I am not where I want to be yet, but I know I am closer than I think. I am proud of all that I have accomplished within the last few years.

I am extremely excited about some major upcoming projects in LA and overseas.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Anyone that is visiting Los Angles, pack your swimwear, because we are definitely going to the beach, or a rooftop party with a pool. LA is always a vibe with so many things to do and so many places to eat.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Overall, I want to shout out the people who support me fully, from my family & friends to my social media followers. I want to thank the brands, producers, music artists, and fashions designers who has ever given me a chance to live in my magic of creativity and trusting in me. Thank you for every like, comment and share on social media. Thank you for tuning into any film/television series I aired in. Also, thank you for supporting my fashion shows, and ads.

Shout out to my mother for always being the first to congratulate me on all of my accomplishments. Also, shout out to my father for always being in life. If there was no support from any of you, it would make my work a lot harder, therefore I truly thank you, love you and appreciate you both.
