We had the good fortune of connecting with RAUL AYALA and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi RAUL, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I am born and raised in Los Angeles CA. My background and upbringing was decent, I had both my parents, grew up in the MTV era during the 80s. I grew up with rock, hip hop and punk music. Growing up I saw and experienced the LA Nightlife scene from a young age. I would go to parties with my cousins and be amazed at the event productions. My family has always been into hosting events, that’s why I guess Im into organizing events as an adult for various industries and communities.
What should our readers know about your business?
My business is called, “Secret Nightlife Society”, we are a invite only organization. I am excited for our expansion in Las Vegas, Colorado and Spain. It was not easy to get to the status I am now. I have taken risks, and have seized opportunities to establish my company and my clients as name brands all over the world. most of my challenges have been financial. But by partnering up with others and creating alliances I have been able to stand out and be a leader in my community. One thing I ve learned in business is to always network, help others and most importantly never burn bridges. What I want the world to recognize is the amount of support we provide for artists who are in need of exposure and connections. As a creative agency we strive to provide an experience with every event we produce. Most importantly I want the world to know what we stand for, honesty, loyalty and hard work.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This woud be my itinerary…
At 9am I would be picking them up from their place of lodging. Take them down to a legendary place in Downtown Los Angeles know as The Pantry. They have the some of the best and quick serving meals to enjoy to satisfy your breakfast needs. After that take them on a journey through PCH as they gaze into the beaches of California and take pics from all the dofffernt locations and settings it has for tourist to enjoy. When the drive was done take them to a bar on the beach so we can socialize and enjoy the different styles of flavors and cocktails the sea has to offer. If the place has a kitchen we would try out the menu and see where life takes us.
After picking them up for an early dinner, we go to a place in Hollywood to experience a light but satisfying Mexican dinner with a just a few drinks to still enjoy the night. As we walk the Hollywood strip and meet other creative and tourist as well. They walk into several shops to view the culture and brands the city has to offer.
From bar hopping to eating street hotdogs I would make sure they enjoyed the Hollywood Scene.
As a event producer and promoter I would contact some friends who have access to nightclubs and special events so we would attend and network with other entrepreneurs. After crossing the bridge and travel to the eastside of Los Angeles. We would explore the many taco vendors who have several styles of cooking their meat.
As the days progressed I would take them to both restaurant and bar lounges. All over LA County such as rooftops, different culture food menus and various site locations like The Griffith Park Observataory plus its trails.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
