We had the good fortune of connecting with Reanté Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Honestly, I am very proud of everything I have accomplished to be frank. I am a college-educated student that received my Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in International Business. In continuance, I am currently in graduate school to receive my MBA in Human Resources. In addition, I booked my first main lead role (Elisha Walker) on the show called “Fatal Attraction”, located on the TV network called TV One. I was the first LGBTQIA+ member to play a gay male and trans woman in all one episode. Also, I have hosted at several movie premieres and red carpets with the stars. Nevertheless, I am currently working on a few projects, business ventures and my talents. Furthermore, I learned to push forward and to not listen to people that are not elevating you and your brand.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my friends out to the Santa Monica Pier because it is a great view with great restaurants and things to do.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a specific shoutout to my mother, Rosalind G. and family for always being in my corner and for always having my back in whatever I do. Next, I would like to send a shoutout to my agents, Michael Young (Young Nations) & Sam Xcellence (Xcellence Agency) for managing my hosting Bigo Career. Lastly, shoutout to my producer and director of the show I am a lead role in called “Worlds Apart”, Jaret Martino.
