We had the good fortune of connecting with Regina Knoll and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Regina, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe the most important factors behind my success are my dedication and my work ethic. I am dedicated, reliable and responsible. Everyday is a new day to prove myself.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I decided to become a model to overcome severe social anxiety. I found it difficult to look people in the eye or carry on a conversation. When I went to enquire about modeling the first thing that was discussed was my being petite, being too short. That was a huge blow but I knew then I could prove them wrong. I knew if I dedicated myself, I would overcome and achieve.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Some things I would definitely do with visitors from out of town would be to catch a Dodger game. I am a huge baseball fan and everyone should experience the game day atmosphere. Dinner at Bubba Gumps on Santa Monica Pier is one of my favorite evening activities. There are a ton of outdoor adventures to be had here from hiking and a nice drive up the coast to exploring the local mountains and lakes.. I am more of an adventure type then a tourist attraction type. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Vano Kimmel of Vmodel Studios has been by my side every step of the way. Not only has he coached me he is just good for my soul. He is encouraging, he knowledgeable, he is just an amazing human.
