We had the good fortune of connecting with Rhea Pitre and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rhea, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Authenticity is the utmost important factor behind the success of my brand. Everything I do must be anchored with the purpose that I know I hold, which is to uplift and encourage others. Being a new business owner and learning new lessons daily about brand building and solidifying my message have been overwhelming at times. One thing that I always want to hold tightly to when creating something that represents my brand, whether it be through speaking, coaching, writing, or producing…is that it must have my voice, represent my core values, and resonate with who I am and what I believe when no one is watching.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I believe I am destined to provide others with hope, healing, and enlightenment through coaching, speaking, producing, and writing. With every platform I am graced with, that is my anchor. I assist clients with navigating and accepting situations as they are, while empowering them to address issues in their lives using successful tools. I also aid clients in self-discovery and strategy toward manifesting their desired goals in life and relationships. I believe in people living their BEST lives. In producing meaningful content. In curating purposeful conversations that lead to enlightenment and change. Through it all, my goal is to serve as a vehicle to promote love, growth, and freedom of expression. My journey to creating the Rhealism brand was not an easy one. What sets me apart from others is my unique and ecletic professional history working in mental health, non-profit, education, beauty, and entertainment industries. I always knew I wanted to “help people,” however I often felt torn between two worlds feeling as if I had to choose just one. Having my own business gives me the opportunity to pave my own path and utilize my gifts in a way that best serves me without putting me in a box…while still helping others to be inspired with hope and create their best lives.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Places I love: My TwoCents, Simply Wholesome, Conservatory, and Fin Asian Tapas. Great food, chill atmosphere….the last two have amazing drinks (and delicious food to match)! J.Nichols is my favorite brunch spot.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a special shot out to my dear friend and sister, Gabrielle Thomas. Gabrielle embodies all that is PHENOMENAL and PURPOSEFUL in what she offers to the world. Gabby is the CEO of Sisiety, Inc. and her mission is to cultivate a community of Self-Love & Sisterhood for our middle-school and high-school aged girls. From the onset of our friendship Gabrielle has supported my dream and envisioned me walking in it long before it was fully activated within myself. I thank her for constantly speaking life into my abilities as a host and coach, especially during times when I wasn’t so sure of the road ahead. Please visit Sisiety.com to support her vision, and change this world one girl at a time. Much love!
