Meet Rob Cook | Speaker, Coach & Host

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rob Cook and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rob, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Balance is Everything.
If you asked me now, I’d say the darkest days of my life were the best to ever happen to me. Seriously. The impact of my fall made it visible to me that something needed to change and change fast. Rediscovering the BALANCE in my spiritual, mental, & physical & health taught me how to live a better life.
It was a game-changer! Seeing the truth behind who I am and how my mind works significantly improved my life.
Don’t get me wrong; I still can have some occasional insecure thoughts of not being successful in my business or worrying about my loved ones. The difference now is being in balance allows me not or become overwhelmed with anxiety. I know for sure those negative thoughts are not the real me.
One of my life’s most respected values is balance, with love being the other. It allows me to “Share My Voice with The World” in efforts to End Human Suffering.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I truly appreciate you and your team for the visibility you bring to creative and cool people worldwide. What sets me apart is that I don’t think I’m set apart. I’m just like you! I’m human with emotions that guide my life’s experience.
I’m most excited about learning how my lived experience is the most powerful thing I’ll get to share because it’s my truth.
Something I would want people to know most about my brand is we challenge the norms to thrive. We choose the opportunity to experience life without being afraid and we put into practice those things we learn along the way so the brand continues to grow, just like we will.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
