Meet Robert Veloz | Faith-Driven Content Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Robert Veloz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Robert, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want my legacy to be one of impact, faith, and love. I want to be remembered as someone who never gave up, who used every setback as a setup for growth, and who poured into others with encouragement, truth, and real support. I want people to know that no matter the mistakes they’ve made, their value doesn’t change. God still chooses us, even through the bad. I want to be known for having a kind heart like Jesus, reminding people they are loved, seen, and never too far gone. Things won’t always go our way, but God’s way is always better. If I can leave behind a trail of people who feel stronger, more hopeful, and more faithful because of how I lived then I’ve done my job.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My work is rooted in faith, purpose, and real-life transformation. I’m a faith-driven content creator and founder of The Highly Blessed Club — a brand that exists to remind people that their value isn’t tied to perfection, but to God’s love and grace. I use content, storytelling, and encouragement to uplift others, point people back to God, and show that no matter where you’ve been, He’s not done with you.
What sets me apart is that I don’t sugarcoat my journey. I’ve been in the low moments — I was building an e-commerce business and things didn’t go the way I planned. I ended up in debt, mentally drained, and battling negative thoughts that told me I was a failure. I felt like a loser. But God used that season to humble me and remind me who’s really in control. He allowed the storm so I’d learn how to lean fully on Him. That experience shifted everything. Now, my Bible has become my best friend. I realized that if I seek His Kingdom first, everything else will follow in His time, not mine.
Now I’m rebuilding stronger and more rooted in purpose. I’m working on my personal brand, content creation, and restarting my e-commerce journey with a new mindset and foundation in faith. The Highly Blessed Club is a reminder that even when life gets rough, we are still chosen, still loved, and still called.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that failure doesn’t define you, faith does. If you keep God first, stay obedient even when it’s uncomfortable, and keep showing up, He’ll take care of the rest. I want people to know that it’s never too late to start over. I’m living proof that God can turn a setback into a setup, and a mess into a message.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d make sure they had a week they’d never forget. Filled with matcha, workouts, great food, and meaningful moments. We’d start the mornings with matcha from my favorite spot, In-Sit Coffee in Buena Park, and then hit the gym or the park for a solid workout. And yeah burpees are non-negotiable!
For food, we’d run it up with some of my favorites — tacos from Tire Shop Tacos in LA, Colombian dishes like a Bandeja Paisa, Salvadorian pupusas and nuegados, plus some Korean BBQ and pho. I love trying new spots, especially ones that serve up real flavor and culture.
We’d take a cruise through LA, catch a Dodger game, and talk life over a michelada or some matcha lol. But beyond all the fun, we’d make time for Bible studies, deep conversations, and quiet moments to reflect on what God’s doing in our lives.
For me, it’s about balance. Enjoying life, staying active, staying rooted in faith, and making memories that matter. That’s the kind of week I’d want to share.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
All glory goes to God first. None of this would be possible without His grace, guidance, and constant presence in my life even when I didn’t deserve it. I also want to shout out my mom. Her love, prayers, and strength through tough times have shaped the man I’m becoming.
