We had the good fortune of connecting with Roger Bussell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Roger, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Balance is really important. I found value in taking a little time away from the grind of making it happen, to reflect and recharge. Finding time to appreciate what is really important to oneself or what was the catalyst that inspired the start of the venture may be somewhat beneficial. I am still learning and hopefully evolving in my self discovery of Balance.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We have been working hard creating our flagship lifestyle digital media Channel Infinite Sky Channel. The Sky has many transforming properties. We think our brand is now positioned to entertain, educate, inspire and transform.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This City and region sure has changed since the advent of the pandemic of Covid-19. In many ways it feels like LA has become more of a close knit community. There has been a mass exodus its population. Being safe and socially distanced has been something we have been practicing. People close to me have had their lives affected due to the Covid virus in very tragic ways. When I do go out. I like to hike in Woodland Hills, Culver City and Topanga. There is lots of open space in LA that in many ways is free of people. The Nature and Wildlife seems to thrill me.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My dear friends whom supported me and my efforts with love, compassion and support. People can never underestimate what real acts of kindness and love can do.. Transformation may come in all forms. Love, support and understanding has been something that has propelled me to place to accept the powers of the universe and to accept a higher power I call God.. Our actions as an innovation group is based on the premise of being fortunate enough to be an instrument of something that is bigger than us..
