We had the good fortune of connecting with Ruzanna Khechumyan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ruzanna, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
Many reasons behind my success, one being, I never say NO. I have learned to always work with what has been thrown at me, even the impossible is possible. If a client contacts me and even if it is not something I have done in the past, I learn to do it. I always educate myself on different topics of my industry, I somehow make it work for the client. I have been quite successful with everything I put my hands on. I owe my success to always having top notch communication, ask anyone around me, they will tell you I never miss their call.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
One thing that sets me apart from the rest of my colleagues in my industry is that I answer every single call. I don’t ignore people, I never let them down. I ALWAYS make sure I help everyone around me, whether in personal life or work. “Team work makes the dream work” Right?! Was it easy? Absolutely NOT. I even worked during labor when at the hospital three times having my children, it had to be done. One thing I will say is never give up, set your mind to it & set goals, if you don’t do it, someone else will. Anyone who knows me will tell you how strong my work ethic is, and one thing I can say is if I give up, no one will hand it to me. Lastly, if we can’t help one another and uplift one another, what is the point of living?

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I LOVE food. I love traveling, I love the beach. If I had a visitor, you would find me with them at the beach or out eating. I have a few favorite eateries in Burbank, Malibu, and Montrose.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Today, my success is all thanks to my circle, my client base that I have established in the past 14 years. They are the ones that keep me in business with their honest reviews and referrals.
