We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ryan, how do you think about risk?
You can’t be afraid to take risks, life is too short to waste. You never know the full power an opportunity can hold for your future and how that could potentially impact you as a person until you take that leap. What would life be without taking risks? If you take none then that’s what you’ll get. You will never know what what could have been. The afterthought of regret will always sit there and eat at you. I have always believed that the risk is worth the reward.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Well I started personal training the day I turned 21. It was one of the best days of my life because I was able to help people transform their lives and hell them better themselves. A few years prior to getting this job I had lots of struggles and lots of turmoil happening all around me in life, and my outlet through it all was fitness. It helped me past a really hard point in my life and is the reason I enjoy getting to help others on their journey. Along the way I’ve learned lots about my clients and I’ve came to understand that personal training goes much farther than just working people out. It is just as it emplies- Personal, and each person has a very unique story and experience that come in the door with them.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We could check out Scissortail Park or the Riverwalk. There are too many places to name that we could eat because all the food in a mile radius would be gone with us around

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My dad has always been my biggest supporter. He has never turned his back on me and has never left my corner. My beautiful girlfriend – Jesilee. She has been by my side as I slowly build our empire. Always 100% on board with whatever I had going on and always there to give full support.
My two sons – Cordell and Jaxson are always on my mind and overall they make me want to work harder than I ever imagined I could. They are who I do this all for.
