We had the good fortune of connecting with Sara Park and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sara, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a licensed acupuncturist, starting my own clinic was not simply a business move—it was a heartfelt mission. I wanted to create a space people could truly trust and have faith in, where they could find real healing and lasting hope through acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. That’s why I named my clinic Faith Acupuncture
I’ve treated countless patients suffering from chronic pain, internal disorders, unexplained pain with no clear diagnosis, infertility, and even children with digestive or immune concerns. I believe that Traditional Chinese Medicine, rooted in balance and individualized care, offers a powerful alternative that helps the body heal from within.
My practice is grounded in compassion and clinical expertise. I don’t just treat symptoms—I see the whole person. Whether it’s a woman struggling with infertility, someone battling unexplained chronic pain, or a child needing gentle support, my goal is to provide care that brings comfort, clarity, and connection.

But even more than physical healing, my deepest desire is for each patient to experience peace—both in body and in spirit. I hope that my clinic becomes a place where people feel safe, heard, and uplifted. A space that not only eases pain, but restores hope and reminds each person that a better, healthier life is possible. This is my calling, and I pursue it with sincerity and heart.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My journey as an acupuncturist has been anything but easy—but it has been deeply meaningful. I began my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, where I was one of very few Korean students in a rigorous five-year medical program. Studying TCM in China is just like attending a Western medical school—it requires not only deep theoretical knowledge but also precise clinical skills. It was an incredibly difficult path, but with the support of those around me and a strong desire to serve others, I overcame each challenge.
I still remember being terrified to even hold a needle at first. But over time, through constant practice and learning, I grew into a confident practitioner with a strong foundation in both theory and technique. I continue to study and sharpen my skills every day—because clinical excellence is at the heart of what I do.
What sets my work apart is this commitment to clinical mastery, supported by genuine care. At Faith Acupuncture Healing Center, we deliver accurate, results-focused treatment rooted in the proven principles of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the same time, we value empathy and connection—because while skill leads the way, emotional support helps patients feel safe and stay engaged in their healing journey.
I’m especially honored to serve women navigating infertility, individuals with chronic or unexplained pain, children in need of natural care, and those dealing with stress and emotional imbalances. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness not only physical improvement, but also greater emotional resilience, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of hope.
I’ve learned that real healing begins with precise, evidence-based care—and when it’s delivered with sincerity and respect, the results can be truly transformative. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine are not just alternatives—they are effective, time-tested systems of medicine that continue to change lives. I will continue to grow, study, and give my best—so that every patient leaves not only healthier, but with greater peace and joy in their life

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I always recommend spending time in Dana Point or Laguna Beach with the kids—soaking in the warm California sunshine and enjoying the peaceful waves of the Pacific. It’s the perfect way to slow down, breathe deeply, and create beautiful memories together as a family.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank all the patients who choose to walk into our clinic and trust me with their healing. I’m especially grateful for those who connect with me not just as a practitioner, but as a person—with warmth, honesty, and mutual respect.
To my professor in China who helped me overcome my fear and guided me through my very first acupuncture treatment—thank you for believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself.
To my parents and my husband, who support me quietly and consistently, and to our precious son and daughter, who give me strength and purpose every day
And above all, I give thanks to God—for His grace, guidance, and for making all of this possible.
