We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Moliski and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah, what is the most important factor behind your success?
When I first started working in Film & Tv as an Actor, I would always try to mold myself into something I’m not in hopes of being more “castable”. I had insecurities of feeling like I was too basic, not funny enough and baseline average in the looks and talent dept. This actually bled into my acting training at the Maggie Flannigan Acting Conservatory in Manhattan, New York. I’ll never forget my most recurring note was ” You’re doing too much, Stop trying so hard, Be still, you are enough as you are” ( Thanks Charlie Sandlan ) . Once it finally hit me to just be Sarah , in ALL aspects of my life I literally started booking more work, reaching rooms and people I never thought I would , and fully sky rocketing in my career. I Think when you are authentically yourself it shows and people enjoy that.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I work as an Actor, Host, Reporter, Stand up comedian and Podcast Host! I definitely have a fearless approach when it comes to being creative, I have gotten to a point in my life where I’m okay with not having everyone like me, Im bright, quick witted and not afraid to look weird or CrAzY. I have gritty determination, steady perseverance and I don’t take rejection seriously… and that has taken time! I remember getting SO bummed over not getting a role or being told some negative comment by casting. I think once you work in the industry for some time you start to get used to it and understand its never reallllly personal ( unless you are a huge B*!$# ) . I think the more confident I get in my life the more I trust the process and honestly just enjoy all aspects of this wild job!
