Meet Scott Fidgett

We had the good fortune of connecting with Scott Fidgett and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Scott, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
For me, the question is rarely “Do I quit?” It’s usually “Do I need to adjust?”
There’s a big difference between something not working and something not working yet. Most people quit in the messy middle, right before momentum compounds. I’ve learned that if the vision still excites you and the mission still aligns with who you are becoming, you keep going. You just change the strategy.
I’ve had businesses that struggled, deals that fell through, partnerships that didn’t materialize. That doesn’t mean the dream was wrong. It often just meant the timing, structure, or approach needed refining. Persistence is powerful, but blind persistence is expensive. The key is staying committed to the outcome while being flexible on the path.
I also look at one simple test: Is this challenge stretching me, or is it breaking me? If it’s stretching me, I’m growing. That’s a green light. If it’s consistently pulling me away from my values, my health, or my long term vision, that’s when it’s time to pivot.
Most breakthroughs come after the season where quitting feels justified. If you can survive that season and stay aligned with your values, you usually come out stronger, sharper, and more dangerous in the best way.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started my career as a professional parkour athlete and was part of 3Run, one of the early groups pushing the sport onto a global stage. Back then, parkour was still raw and misunderstood. We were creating content before “content creation” was really a career. We filmed our own stunts, edited our own videos, built our own audiences, and learned how to tell stories through movement.
That chapter shaped everything.
From there I became a professional stuntman, which sharpened my skills even further. Stunt work taught me discipline, precision, and how to operate under pressure. It also refined my eye for camera work, scripting, timing, and production. When you’re performing at that level, there is no room for hesitation. You prepare, you execute, and you own the result. I was fortunate enough to achieve four world records during that period, which came from an obsession with pushing my physical and mental limits.
What sets me apart today is that I understand both the creative and the business side. I’ve lived the creator life. I know what it feels like to build from scratch, to risk your body and your reputation, and to grind before there’s any recognition. That perspective now influences how I build companies and manage talent. I don’t just look at numbers, I understand the psychology and discipline behind performance.
The journey was not easy. There were injuries, uncertainty, financial instability, and plenty of moments where quitting would have been the simpler path. But every challenge forced growth. I learned that resilience compounds. Skills stack. And reinvention is a superpower if you’re willing to evolve.
What I want people to know about me and my brand is simple. Reinvention is possible. You are not locked into one identity. Athlete, stuntman, entrepreneur. Each chapter built the next. The common thread has always been pushing limits, creatively and personally.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d build it around three things: movement, food, and great energy.
Day one would start early with a workout at Team RepScheme. There’s nothing like experiencing the community and intensity of a proper CrossFit session in LA. After that, we’d grab coffee in Venice and walk the boardwalk. It’s chaotic, creative and pure LA.
We’d definitely hike Runyon Canyon one morning for the views and people watching. Sunset up there never gets old. Another day would be a beach morning in Malibu followed by lunch at Nobu or Malibu Farm. Ocean air resets everything.
For food, I’d mix it up. Sushi in Studio City, tacos in East LA, and a solid steak night somewhere like Mastro’s. LA’s food scene is unreal if you know where to go.
I’d take them to a UFC event if one was in town. The energy is electric and it’s one of the few places you see every type of person in one arena. If not, a Lakers game or even a small fight card still delivers that buzz.
We’d drive the Pacific Coast Highway, stop for photos, maybe head out to Mammoth if it was winter and catch some snowboarding. LA gives you mountains and ocean in the same day, which still blows my mind.
And honestly, some of the best moments would just be low key. Late night conversations, good food, sitting outside in perfect weather. LA can be loud and flashy, but the magic is in the balance between ambition and lifestyle.
The most interesting thing about this city isn’t just the places. It’s the people. Everyone is building something. That energy is contagious.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m incredibly grateful for my business partners and team who constantly push me to think bigger and execute at a higher level. Building companies is never a solo sport. The wins people see publicly are backed by long conversations, tough decisions, and people willing to bet on a shared vision.
I’d also give a special shoutout to my mentor and best friend, Sam Parham, who I’ve worked alongside for years. Being around ambitious, disciplined people raises your standards. It forces growth and keeps you accountable.
And of course, my wife. She’s been there through the highs, the lows, and everything in between. She’s my rock, often carrying more than I acknowledge. None of this would be possible without her support.
