Meet Seth Collier | Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Seth Collier and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Seth, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I think everything has had a risk factor. I definitely believe in just going for it. The worst that can happen is rejection. Just sending that email with your reel & resume can lead to endless opportunity! Taking money & time risks to invest in your career is scary but it’s usually rewarding. I’ve just signed with MSA agency & have an exciting dance job opportunity in LA. So I plan on taking yet another risk by leaving my family/home to hopefully take my career to the next level in LA. 

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think being blessed enough to have accomplished a lot of large scale achievements as young as I am sets me apart! I have been hustling since I signed my first agent when I was 10 years old. As a dancer/choreographer I am proud of my recent work for Australian pop singer & ‘The Voice’ winner ‘Alexa Curtis’ new music video. I’m excited for everyone to see how the artistic direction in the video compliments her song which is sure to be a hit. I also had so much fun dancing in the video.

As well as playing the role of ‘Brad’ in ABC/Screen Australia’s ‘Vivs silly mango’ & dancing/choreographing for the climax of the film. The film is also now a contender for best short film at the 2024 AACTA awards.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am very thankful to MSA agency for giving me a chance and signing me! This is helping me so much with my next chapter in LA. I have to thank my fulltime dance studio back home ‘Dynamite Studios’ for the training and support all these years. And of course my parents for always giving it their all to help me!
