Hi Shahbaz, what do you attribute your success to?
There are factors that I can contribute to my success. Those factors include integrity, transparency, and a genuine care for others. When you do things with other people’s best interest in mind the success will just come. When you operate with genuineness in your mind and heart, success is inevitable. This is a quality that has died out in the world because humans have become overly selfish. All they think about is what the world can do for them, and not what they can do for the world.
When you operate in a selfless manner the integrity and transparency become easy. I stay positive and tackle every problem with a smile. My life’s motto is “Smile, you’re alive!” No matter what is thrown your way, take it on with a smile and a positive attitude. You will surely find a solution.
What should our readers know about your business?
I am in the insurance business. I got into this business to help people protect their most important assets. Getting into this business was not easy because there was so much competition. However, we set ourselves apart by treating each client as a family member. Providing the best customer service has gotten our Google page over 250 Five Star reviews. We have become a well-known reputable insurance agency.
We have learned that if you truly care for others and take care of them the blessings will come back. We want the world to know that there are still good people in the world. Regardless of the industry, we will always have people who are willing to do good!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would arrange to visit some of our theme parks like Six Flags, Universal Studios, and even Disneyland. When you come to California visiting theme parks is a must. As for food we would go to Javier’s in Newport and enjoy some amazing Mexican food. We go enjoy the beach and then take a nice drive down PCH and go to San Diego to explore the beautiful Gaslamp district. We would end the trip with a nice dinner cruise on the Harbor and end the night on the Embarcadero with some nice life music.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family is the main reason I am successful. They are my driving force to never give up. I want to show them that regardless of not coming from wealth or education that you can truly make a difference in the world.
My family and I have been through a lot whether it be poverty, racism, or lack of education. Despite that I am seeing success in my life. The drive to give them a better life is what pushes me every day. I do not want anyone I love to lose faith in the world or in life. This life is precious and if I can show them that I can make it against all odds, so can they.
Lastly, I owe it to those who put me down and did not believe I would amount to anything. Their lack of faith gave me the will power I needed during some of my rough days.
Remember, only true failure comes from giving up, never give up and you will never fail!
