We had the good fortune of connecting with Shayna Rattler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shayna, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Without risk, there is very rarely a reward. This is also a great opportunity to partner with God in co-creating our next level of destiny because what feels like risk to us, is business as usual to Him. Being willing to take risks, even when my steps were laced with uncertainty has allowed me to accomplish goals many have not and make a lot of money doing it.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am the Founder of the God Shift Movement. We are a ministry organization committed to helping leaders embrace disruption, collide with God’s purpose and chase destiny.

We are proud of our recent TV show that is now streaming on Roku, Amazon Firestick and Apple TV and are excited about our upcoming book tour and the work we will be doing with celebrities and political dignitaries.

My path to ministry came after my six figure business and speaking career dried up. It was not easy to walk away from but was the catalyst to get my attention that God needed me to lead somewhere different. It was also a necessary experience that would help me equip others to overcome unexpected circumstances and confidently enter the next chapter of their life.

I learned that God uses these circumstances to draw us into greater possibility.

My mission is to put leaders on notice that everyday you do not access the wisdom and information you need is a day delayed to answer the amazing life that is calling. The world needs God’s best version of you, on the right path, now!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A week in Dallas would include touring the local attractions like the Cowboy’s stadium and the Grapevine wine tours. I’m a foodie so we would definitely do a lot of grubbing at Tupelo Honey, Pappadeux’s, and Perry’s Steakhouse. After dinner we would go listen to some live music and maybe bust a few moves on the dance floor somewhere in Deep Ellum

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My peer group of other like-minded leaders has played a huge role in my success. Doreen Rainey, Pat E. Perkins, and Nicole Roberts Jones deserve a huge shout out for helping me in these entrepreneur streets.
