Hi Silva, what do you attribute your success to?
Hard work, quickly adapting to changes, and staying cutting edge have been crucial factors in our success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets Nobility Health apart is the heart at the center of everything we do. We prioritize caring for our patients and each other, which distinguishes us from others in the industry. What excites me the most is when our neighbors on Crenshaw tell me we’ve changed the landscape of the area, and I’m incredibly proud of that. Our journey to where we are today hasn’t been easy, but overcoming challenges has only made us stronger. Along the way, we’ve learned valuable lessons about the importance of compassion, perseverance, and building long-term relationships. Above all, I want the individuals and communities we serve to know that we have their best interests at heart, and we are committed to collaborate to provide the best care possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting, I’d take her to visit one of our beautiful beach towns, and do a staycation for a couple of days. Then, I’d show her around Americana on Brand in Glendale, a beautiful outdoor mall with fantastic restaurants. We’d spend a few nights at home enjoying my husband’s cooking and sharing a glass or two of great wine over deep conversations. If our social circles overlap, I’d throw a party for everyone to be able to visit with her and have a great time.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out Landmark for its leadership program. The program was introduced to me at a time when everything in my life felt broken. However, every time I spent another weekend at Landmark, my life took another turn for the better. This program expanded my natural capacity for leadership and empowered me to make a difference on a broader scale. Each moment in the program provided an opportunity to express myself effectively, design projects aligned with my passion, and share myself fully to inspire others.
