Hi Sina, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Taking risks is essential for growth and success. It allows us to learn and to push ourselves beyond our comfort zones. It also helps us achieve our goals and to live our best lives.

Some benefits of continuing to take risks is increased opportunities, increased confidence, increased resilience, and the most rewarding, increased satisfaction.

When i take risks and achieve my goals, it motivates me to take on even more risks in the future.

Of course, there are some dangers associated to taking risks such as financial loss, emotional pain and sometimes even physical harm. However overall, I believe the benefits of taking risks outweigh the negatives.

I learned the more I am willing to take risks, the more I continue to learn from mistakes, experiences, and the need to adapt, all leading to more achievements and a greater quality of life.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We adapted and evolved quick. Speed is a business owners best friend or worst nightmare. In other words, if you’re quick and progressive, you can continue to lead your industry and I most on a massive scale. On the other hand, if change is difficult for you, our old ways won’t create new results.

Our firm, CATALYST Inc leverages AI, automation and various technology platforms external and proprietary that gives our agents and leadership teams a competitive advantage. The current era of business is new to the globe, only a few years in since every business that survived COVID is operating different than they had before.

As leaders we took advantage of the chaos and confusion among business owners that just “waited” for a return to normalcy. Instead, we embraced the current era and navigated in our advantage by trail blazing and taking massive risks that continue to yield great rewards.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A great start to the day would be with a visit to Hollywood Walk of Fame, then head to the Getty Center for stunning views of the city. Visit Venice Beach and explore the canals, art scene, and street performers. Follow up with a hike in Runyon Canyon Park and enjoy even more views of the city. In the evening, catch a concert at the Greek Theatre and have a culinary experience at one of LA’s great eats.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are many people that have influenced and supported my personal and business growth through out my journey, but some pivotal introductions and opportunities arose from Gary Vaynerchuck CEO of Vayner Media giving me a keynote opportunity at his Agent 2021 event, he personally introduced me to Tom Ferry, who is now my buisness coach and mentor, Tony Robbins also influenced my development through his best practices on mindset, and Uncle G, aka Grant Cardone. He and Elena provided much support in catapulting the growth of our Real Estate division in addition to helping place The All Mindset podcast on the Top 100.
