We had the good fortune of connecting with Sincere Rose and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sincere, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
A quote that I live by is “If you risk nothing, you risk everything.”

Taking risks has completely changed my life, and my way of thinking. All of my greatest accomplishments and breakthroughs have come from taking risks.

I’m never afraid to fail, I’m afraid of not trying at all.

I always encourage people to take risks. I’m not saying bet the house on everything, but you have to do something.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The thing that sets my music apart is authenticity. It’s an extension of who I am. If you know me you know I’m my own individual. I’ve always been a leader.

I have so many moments that I’m proud of but my proudest moment was my 2nd Album “Live Up To My Name”. Doing that project with my brothers TNTx and YLO was amazing. Those sessions, those conversations, so many long nights creating that body of work completely from scratch was something I’ll never forget. We did exactly what we intended to do, create a forever timeless body of work.

I got to where I am from believing. that’s it. once I built my confidence it was over.

Nothing about my journey was easy, but like Nipsey once said it’s not supposed to be. It’s supposed to stress you, it’s supposed to be a burden to some degree, especially if you’re seeking to be great at what you do.

The lesson I learned along the way is to stay true yourself in whatever you do, and don’t be afraid to lose because that’s the only way you’ll win.

I just want the world to know every time you see 3 Diamond or Sincere Rose, expect greatness. Its something you can trust.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
In LA there’s a hand full of restaurants and bars that I frequent. I’m big on aesthetics and vibe.

So we would definitely hit spots like The Edition in West Hollywood, The Ace Hotel, JOEY DTLA, and The Highlight Room to grab drinks and chill.

I would take them for a drive on the PCH while playing artist like myself, Nip, Ross, Drake, Meek and few others. It’s an unexplainable feeling you get listening to boss music on that drive.

I love Malibu. Moonshadows and Nobu are a must. The vibe is unmatched.

We would hit Rodeo to shop a lil bit for sure.

We would hike the Los Liones Trail in the Pacific Palisades. At top you see everything the whole city, and a crazy view of the ocean.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My girlfriend Alasia deserves major credit in my growth. Before I met I her, I was just living life I really didn’t have any goals, I was just working a job.

When I met her she was like the water I needed to bloom. She put so many things on my mind, and seen so much potential in me. Potential that I knew I had, I was just too afraid to put it on public display.

She put the battery in my back telling me how great I was at everything. Which gave me the confidence to take risk.

And once that started it was like a domino effect things just started falling right into place.

Her support made me the artist that I am today.
