Meet Stacia Tyndale | Entrepreneur & Real Estate Agent

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacia Tyndale and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stacia, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Financial freedom, also the ability to be with my family on any and every occasion.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
-We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others.
I came from a life of having a lot, then having little to none, so I strive to impart what little I know of wealth building or working for yourself is freedom not only financially but mentally, emotionally, which also builds your spirituality.
– what you are most proud of or excited about.
I’m excited about what’s next. The unknown for some reason excites me, as much as we try to map our lives, there’s always twists and turns and then there’s calm and beauty. I live for it!
How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? .
What made me start my cleaning business, when I came to the United States I saw my aunt working 16 hour shifts with little time to clean her home. In my mind I know there are others like her; and so I decided to create a solution to that problem. Real Estate has always been my passion since living in Costa Rica. It was a path to create wealth, however I didn’t speak fluent Spanish, I didn’t pursue it then. When I came to the United States I bought my first home and did all the ground work on my own and it reignited my passion for real estate.
-If not, how did you overcome the challenges?
Being a business owner or real estate agent has lots of challenges but my mom always said “when challenges come remember the bible told you this is not your expected end.” I say this to every challenge or obstacle faced. Remembering why you are doing what you’re doing is more motivation, you didn’t start just because, I always remember when I got my first house and sold my first home.
– What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?
Take nothing personally, everyone has their own reason for doing things. Be it a business or person.
– What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
Trust yourself, know what you want and let no one talk you out of it. My brand is the impression I leave on my clients. I’d like it to be talked about in generations, I would like them to remember how I made them feel while a service was provided for them.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Philadelphia is known as the city of “Brotherly Love” and for that famous Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) movie. I’m definitely taking her to Rocky Steps and Statue, Philadelphia Museum of Art. The Love park. Hop on hop off bus tour. Depending on the time of year the Chinese Lantern Festival.
To eat, an awesome Philly cheesesteak. I have found that the brand names don’t do it best but the mom and pop shops I like Lebels cheesesteak; I take all my visitors there. JG Sky High dining above the city and of course, of course. Reading Terminal.
I’ll take her to a soca boat ride party on the Delaware River. I don’t hang out much so I’m kind of stuck here..
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom was a single mother, ran a catering business, held a full time job and did BBQ’s every 6-8 weeks.. She’s my inspiration. She always said “whatever I put my mind to I accomplish it.” So throughout every challenge I know in my mind and there’s success. People I didn’t know and had no relations to strangers believed in me, “they would always say I’m a leader and that too gave me courage.
