Meet Stephanie Reynoso | Realtor & High School Advisor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Reynoso and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stephanie, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want my legacy to be one of empowerment, transformation, and heart. I want to be remembered as someone who made others believe in themselves — whether it was a first-time homebuyer who thought homeownership was out of reach, a young girl discovering her potential through mentorship, or a client who felt truly seen and supported through a major life transition.
I want people to remember that I showed up with purpose, that I built with love — from my businesses to my relationships — and that I used every platform I had to uplift others. I want to be known for doing things with both grit and grace: chasing big dreams, breaking generational cycles, and still making space for beauty, laughter, and community.
My legacy isn’t about just success in numbers — it’s about the lives I touched, the energy I brought into a room, and the belief I sparked in others to go after what they deserve.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Real estate has truly become my passion and purpose. I work as a REALTOR® with Century 21 Allstars, and what sets me apart is my heart for helping Latino families navigate the journey to homeownership. I understand the unique challenges our community can face, and I make it my mission to educate, empower, and advocate for my clients every step of the way. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or someone ready to sell and upgrade, I’m there to make the process smooth, transparent, and rewarding.
Getting to where I am today definitely wasn’t easy—it took a lot of hustle, late nights, and learning from both wins and losses. But every challenge helped me grow stronger and sharper. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of staying consistent and building real relationships. In this business, people need to know they can trust you, and that comes from showing up with honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to help.
Outside of real estate, I’m also incredibly proud to be building something special with my mom—we recently opened Espys Boutique in Huntington Park. It’s been a dream of ours to create a space where women can feel confident, stylish, and seen. Working with my mom on this has been so fulfilling, and it’s another way for me to stay connected to my roots and community.
What I want the world to know is that I’m here to serve with purpose—whether I’m handing someone the keys to their new home or helping a customer find the perfect outfit. My story is all about family, culture, and creating spaces where people feel empowered and celebrated.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting LA for a week, I’d give them the full experience — beach vibes, city landmarks, culture, and some seriously good food. We’d start off in Malibu with brunch at Malibu Farm and a walk through El Matador Beach for those stunning coastal views. I’d take them to classic LA spots like The Grove, the Beverly Hills sign, and down Rodeo Drive, then swing by LACMA and the La Brea Tar Pits to mix in some art and history. One of the days would be all about food and culture — tacos at Guisados, and a walk through the Arts District with a dinner reservation at Bestia. For pizza lovers, I’d take them to L’antica Pizzeria da Michele — hands down the best pizza in LA. We’d spend a beach day in Manhattan Beach with brunch at The Strand House and sunset drinks at Shellback Tavern. For nightlife, I’d head downtown — grab cocktails at Broken Shaker or Perch LA, and maybe even give them a tour of my gym, the historic Los Angeles Athletic Club. One night we’d head to Long Beach — catch the ocean breeze, bar hop on 2nd Street, and enjoy something more local. Of course, I’d take them through my part of town too — coffee from Tierra Mia, a stop at my store Espy’s Boutique. By the end of the trip, they’d understand why I love LA so much — it’s the perfect mix of beauty, culture, and good energy

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many people and groups that have played a huge part in my journey, and I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without their love, support, and guidance. First, my mom deserves the biggest shoutout—she’s been my rock, my motivation, and my number one supporter through it all. Her strength and resilience inspire me every single day.
I also want to honor my dad, who’s no longer with us. He was my moral compass growing up and taught me so much about integrity and doing the right thing. His influence still guides me in everything I do.
Being part of the Kiwanis organization has also been such a meaningful experience. It’s helped me stay grounded in community service and has shaped the way I approach life and business—with purpose and heart.
And I can’t forget my real estate family at Century 21 Allstars. I’ve been lucky to work alongside some incredibly knowledgeable and generous people. Their experience, mentorship, and willingness to share what they’ve learned has made a huge impact on my growth as a realtor.
It really does take a village, and I’m beyond grateful for mine.
