We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Wilson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
As a health coach and chiropractor, my business plays a vital role in improving the overall well-being of the community by promoting a holistic approach to health. Through personalized chiropractic care, I help individuals alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. My health coaching services utilize functional lab testing to provide clients with a comprehensive and personalized approach to wellness. I identify underlying imbalances and root causes of health issues, allowing for precise and tailored interventions through nutritional guidance, stress management, and lifestyle strategies to achieve their optimal health. By educating and empowering individuals to make informed health choices, I contribute to the prevention of chronic diseases and the promotion of long-term wellness. This not only benefits each client but also fosters a healthier, more vibrant community. My commitment to holistic health extends globally as I share knowledge and best practices through workshops, online content, and collaborations, aiming to inspire a worldwide movement towards healthier living.

What should our readers know about your business?
I believe in a personalized approach to wellness, focusing on identifying and addressing the underlying imbalances that may be preventing clients from achieving optimal health. By integrating functional lab testing, chiropractic care, holistic strategies, evidence-based practices, and personalized coaching, I can tackle the root causes of health issues and empower clients to take control of their well-being. My goal is to simplify the process, making it easy for clients to implement positive changes.

I am passionate about my practice because I am dedicated to helping others become the best version of themselves. I firmly believe that reclaiming health naturally is possible. My commitment to this mission was deeply influenced by watching my parents struggle with health issues and the loss of a close friend. These experiences have driven me to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

I understand that many people feel overwhelmed by the vast amount of health information available and often don’t know where to start. That’s why I emphasize the importance of meeting clients where they are and allowing them to progress at their own pace. Everyone is on their own unique journey. I am continually learning and evolving, and I incorporate what I learn into both my chiropractic and health coaching practices. I strive to lead by example and practice what I teach.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I enjoy doing a variety of fun activities, so I would start my tour by heading to Malibu for a wine safari, followed by lunch at Malibu Farm for some fresh organic food, and then some beach time at Point Dume State Beach. The next day is a drive through Hollywood to see the interesting sights, then over to Beverly Hills to stroll down Rodeo Drive and have lunch at Urth Caffe. Afterward, go to DK’s Donuts & Bakery in Santa Monica, these treats are a must have before heading to Main Street for some shopping. The following day, see the Griffith Observatory for its amazing views and then explore Descanso Gardens. Next on the list is an early hike at Temescal Canyon, lunch at Gladstones on the water in Malibu, and a visit to the peaceful and meditative Lake Shrine. Next day spend the day in Venice strolling around the Venice Canals and then over to Abbot Kinney to explore the shops and grab a bite at one of the trendy eateries. On the final day, I keep it local, starting with breakfast at Erewhon in Studio City, my favorite grocery store followed by a visit to M Street Coffee for some yummy coffee drinks as I love small independent coffee shops. Then head to the Getty Center and end the night with a concert at the Hollywood Bowl.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to my mom and dad; their journeys have inspired me to help others take proactive steps in their health. I lost my mom to ovarian cancer at age 57, and three years ago, a loved one who had been in my life for 33 years to covid due to unaddressed underlying health issues. Recently, I also lost my dad to health complications from diabetes. These experiences have fueled my passion for health and wellness. My path into chiropractic was a long and challenging one, and there were times I almost gave up. It wasn’t until I worked for Dr. Murray and truly learned the art of chiropractic that I found the inspiration I needed. Being in that teaching environment was exactly what I needed to take the next steps, and I am forever grateful for that experience. I would also like to acknowledge the spiritual guidance I received from the teachings of Abraham Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, and Dr. Joe Dispenza, which helped me become the person I am today. Every day, I have appreciation in my heart because I know I am on the right path. I am also incredibly thankful for all my friends and family who have believed in and supported me along my journey. I am truly blessed!
