We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiana Heggins and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiana, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson that my business has taught me so far is be careful of the company you keep and who you associate with.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our business offers elegant, 420 friendly paint, sip and brunch events.

What sets us apart from others is that we love to curate elegant gatherings where you can indulge in cannabis consumption, not just your typical smoke sessions.

I’m most proud of myself for still pushing forward despite all of the bumps in the road and also dealing with mental illness.

I’m excited about the fact that im going to be putting together a cannabis consumption event on a larger scale this upcoming summer.

I got to where I am today business-wise because I have a hunger to succeed and build a legacy for my children to carry on. My two boys are my main motivation.

No, it hasn’t been easy at all. From people reporting my social media accounts, spreading rumors about me, slandering my name, etc…but I’m still determined to push forward so I just keep swimming like Dory says lol .

The lessons I’ve learned along the way was to be very mindful of the company you keep and the information that you divulge to people. Also, that people will do anything for a dollar and it’s sad and unfortunate.

I want the world to know that despite my flaws, my social awkwardness, and odds that I am up against that I am determined to be a force to be reckoned with in this here Cannabis Community. I also want people to know that my brand ultimately represents healing through these 4 avenues(painting, socializing, plant medicine and good food)that helped me to see just a little more purpose in my life. I want to be apart of helping others in that regard as well.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
That’s funny because my best friend is actually coming to visit this week for a week long trip. We’d go eat and have drinks Barton G. because I haven’t been there before and it looks pretty cool and interesting. Go to the Hollywood Wax Museum, might catch a 420 comedy show at the Artist Tree smoke lounge and dispensary in West Hollywood…real dope place and chill vibes. Have a bonfire at Bolsa Chica State Beach, Maybe stroll Venice Beach, there’s just so much to do here!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Tyrone Peters. He has been a major help in regards to support, his eagerness to help with our events and his ongoing encouragement for me to keep going despite all of these bumps in the road that I’m currently experiencing.
