We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Coffman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
In the beginning, work-life balance wasn’t something I actively thought about. My passion for my work was all-consuming, and the joy it brought me seemed to negate the need for any balance. However, this perspective shifted dramatically when my mother became ill. It was a stark realization that, despite my enthusiasm for my career, life demanded balance. I regretted not spending more physical time with her, especially during the holidays, recognizing too late that she needed more than just stories of my adventures. This experience transformed my approach to life and work. Now, I prioritize balance, ensuring that no single aspect of my life overshadows the others. I’ve learned to find beauty in this equilibrium, cherishing both my professional achievements and personal connections.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Starting The Coffman Agency wasn’t easy. Initially, I felt the need to be everywhere, networking tirelessly and even putting myself on tour for a year. This hands-on approach stemmed from believing that if I built something great, people would naturally gravitate towards it. Over time, I’ve learned the importance of adaptability and staying ahead of market trends to expand or pivot when necessary. My brand stands out because it isn’t “cookie-cutter”; it evolves alongside our clients. We specialize in bringing stories to life in a way that’s as unique as the individuals and companies we represent. The journey taught me to never get too comfortable, given the rapid pace at which new ideas emerge and are implemented. What I want the world to know about The Coffman Agency is that we’re more than a business; we’re a dynamic partner dedicated to authentically telling your story.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For a week-long trip in Los Angeles, you’ll want to give your friends a mix of iconic sights, cultural experiences, and relaxation. Start with a day exploring Hollywood, including the Walk of Fame and Griffith Observatory for city views. Dedicate a day to museum hopping, with the Getty Center and LACMA as must-visits. Spend a day at Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach for sun and quirky boardwalk vibes. Enjoy the culinary scene in Koreatown and the Arts District. Include a hike in Runyon Canyon for outdoor enthusiasts—reserve time for shopping and exploring the unique neighborhoods like Silver Lake and Echo Park. Finish with a scenic drive through Mulholland Drive for breathtaking views of Los Angeles.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible Mary Renouf, a truly remarkable boss and executive who has supported my brand both personally and professionally right from the start. Her invaluable connections have opened doors for my company, linking us with major players like T-Mobile, Xbox, and Providence Health. Her support has been a cornerstone of our success.
