Meet Tina Choi | Wardrobe Stylist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tina Choi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tina, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I wanted to change what used to be accessible to only the elite to those that truly want and need a wardrobe stylist.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I offer clients a style concierge experience with services ranging from closet editing, shopping new looks in their closet, to having an entire rack of clothes delivered to them, and wardrobe + posing support during their photoshoots and special events.
I’m not selling clothes and leaving clients with outfits they will only wear once. I’m listening to their pain points and introducing them to garments that align with their vision, flatter their figure, and fit with their lifestyle, current wardrobe, and budget.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Brunch + Drinks : Openaire
Morning Activity: The Broad Museum
Lunch: Otium
Afternoon Activity: shopping in Arts District
Dinner: Rosaline
Drinks: Dama
Evening Activity: Salsa dancing at The Granada LA

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I dedicate my success to my father who continues to coach me on how to run a business, my mother who will always make sure I have food in my fridge, and to my amazing friends who hold me accountable to the promises I have made to myself, my business, and our friendship.
